Joe got the job done quickly, but I’m ready to walk away from these $100 oil changes. It feels like the price creeps up every single time with hidden fees. They advertise it for $74.95, but then tack on a $33 labor charge. I’m going to shop around for a better deal, though if this is the standard rate for Tire Discounters in our area, I might have to stick with them.

I still can’t figure out why the window needed to be down to change the tires. The employee handling the lift wasn't careful at all, nearly damaging my car while moving it onto the rack. It’s obvious they don’t treat your vehicles with respect. To make matters worse, nobody even apologized for the damage. They just tossed my keys at me while a staff member named Dan was standing right there. I had high hopes for this place, but the lack of pride in their work has left me very disappointed. They should definitely compensate me for the rim damage since it was in perfect condition when I arrived.

I had a terrible experience at Tire Discounters. I spent $1,122 on four calipers that took an hour and a half to install, and another $159 to bleed the system. I had already spent $1,172 on four tires before discovering that one of the new calipers was defective, yet they refuse to refund the cost for the bad part. To add insult to injury, I looked up the same four calipers on Google at AutoZone and found them for just $390 for the set.

I popped into Tire Discounters after my dashboard light flashed for a low tire. Jacob was fantastic—he quickly found the nail and checked if I had warranty coverage. Since I did, he sent me to the original retailer to get a replacement free of charge, but he also took the time to inflate my current tire so I could drive off safely. Really appreciated the helpful service!

I dropped by Tire Discounters in a pinch for an emergency battery replacement, oil change, and tire rotation, and they handled everything without me needing an appointment. The service was smooth and efficient—exactly what I needed when I least expected it.

I’m pretty disappointed with Tire Discounters. I had a scheduled 9:00 AM oil change appointment, but my car didn’t even get pulled into the shop until 11:00 AM. I was happy to wait since I’d planned ahead, but then I got a call at noon saying brakes were also needed. I agreed to the extra service, expecting a timely turnaround. However, when I arrived at 4:15 PM to pick up the vehicle, I was told it would still be another hour! It makes you wonder what the point of booking a specific time slot is if they don’t manage the workflow efficiently.

I had a terrible experience at this Tire Discounters location. One of their staff members accidentally backed into another customer’s car while I was waiting, and then the management dragged their feet on arranging for the damage to be repaired. It feels like they aren’t qualified to even run a service center.

Tire Discounters has been a reliable partner for all our vehicles. The service quality is consistently excellent.

I’ve brought my vehicle to Tire Discounters twice, and both times it was sent back for the same reason: they didn’t fix the issue correctly the first time. On the second visit, they completely missed a service I specifically mentioned was needed. Even worse, they missed a crucial repair the first time, which left my car out of commission longer than it should have been. I suspect this location is understaffed and overwhelmed. While that kind of chaos is understandable, handing over a car without properly diagnosing or repairing the problem is not. Given the experience, I doubt I’ll be returning to this specific location.
