How wrong were we
The contract stipulates βTime is not of the essenceβ.
They mean it.
They combine this with a policy of invoicing first and doing the work later. One can imagine the consequences We gave up after 8-9 months. Itβs been more than 18 months and we are still looking to recover some money but all we got so far is a proposal for a discount on an invoice we have never received (true story!) related to work not done
