Great stay this past weekend. Extremely clean and follows covid protocols. Front staff and housekeeping were very welcoming. Great views from the suite and beautiful art, Indigenous carvings and masks throughout the building. Despite it being covid times, they still hosted a covid safe wine reception. Loved the artisan filtered sparkling water. Highly recommend a stay here in a central downtown location close to numerous great restaurants, cafes, shopping and waterfront attractions.

Wonderful location on Robson. Can walk easily to see great architecture, funky stores and Vancouver landmarks.
Comfortable room with lovely art not only in the room but throughout the hotel.
Two restaurants: we only ate at one where the food was tasty and plentiful.
Loved the wine served in the lobby between 5 and 6 and the fireplace in the lobby was a real delight on a cold, damp snowy day in Vancouver.

I stayed in a gallery single Queen room at the Listel Hotel Vancouver location. Upon arrival and throughout I was greeted professionally and felt comfortable. Forage, the attached restaurant, was also an amazing dining experience. The bathroom however was not as clean as it could be upon arrival but that didn't affect the stay much.

So I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The lobby is very small and isn't really anything special. There is a little bit of art here and there in the hallways and on the walls, but nothing that had a jaw-dropping effect. Just some paintings and random sculptures. The room is pretty decent, lots of space and big windows and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately my view looks into a random parking lot. The bathroom is quite small, but still well kept and pretty. My favorite part of this hotel is that this hotel is very green conscious. They have a program where are they only change your sheets and towels if you request it, and you can do so by leaving a card on your bed spread requesting new sheets. You can also tell that the toilet paper and other disposables in the room or green friendly. There was no balcony, so I was a little disappointed. There are tons of places to eat just across the road though. There's a convenience store and tons of shopping very close by. I would probably come back here again, but I find it a little overpriced for the simplicity of it all.

The location is phenomenal, and we had a room that was clean, modern, and comfortable. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful.

This place is located near Stepho's and DeDutch, two must hit restaurants in Vancouver. It's also within striking distance of downtown and Canada Place.

It's worth the stay just for the location and price alone.

We had a conference in Vancouver in April 2019 and a group of us stayed at the Hotel. The service was excellent and we were well taken care of by the catering and event staff.

I personally really enjoyed the french press coffee delivered to the room every morning, the sparkling water in the hallways and the wine tasting every afternoon.

In terms of service and food, the Listel is excellent. However, in terms of meeting spaces, it's lacking. There weren't enough restrooms and the room we were in was quite cramped for almost 80 people. We made it work, but if our organisation adds a few more staff, we'll need to find another hotel for or meetings. In short, it's great but small.

The Listel Hotel is located on Robson Street. Their front door opens onto Robson, which is great for dining, drinking, shopping and just walking. It is chic, with some modern vibe. I attached a couple lobby art pics.

The bar / restaurant accessible from the hotel is great. I usually have breakfast there after a fun night on Robson St. Hotel rooms are not huge but not small either. Very clean and quiet.

I am usually in a full size car and it was parkable in their attached garage, but it does get very full. It is much easier to let the valet do it, but it can be done on your own, with patience.

Great location with a relaxing feel is The Listel Hotel.

Great service, they treated us like royalty. 2 really nice restaurants in the hotel itself. Rooms were as expected, nothing amazing. Would stay here again if I go back to Vancouver. Valet service at the hotel was worth the $29 a day if you aren't too adept at city parking. Free French press every morning too, loved it.

So, this is our third time there, without question the most underrated hotel in Vancouver. Easy access to shopping, dining, or atttractions. As usual, friendly and helpful staff catering to every need. Had a couple snafus this time, one being a leaking toilet onto floor causing puddles and non working house phone. Phone fixed right away, but took two times to get toilet right, and a little complaining about water on tile floor, got us a 25% discount to make it right. Another nice trip, and recommend to our friends.

It was a great night. I celebrated a big birthday with friends and the could accommodate us on the same floor. Because they couldn't comp the parking the lovely Nikky provide a bottle of wine in our room! Only part that we were disappointed in is that we tried to go for breakfast and the hotel restaurant was full and we didn't know you needed reservations. So if you want breakfast then you will need to make reservations.

The Listel Hotel treated me like an honored guest; we stayed in a beautiful gallery suite and the staff brought us a French Press of tasty dark coffee; my wife said the tea was great.

The room was big, the bed was so comfy, and the deep broad bathtub was nice to soak into. We will definitely come back again.

I was in town for a convention and was very pleased with the service and the extra touches. Fabulous water and coffee. Big rooms with amazing art and the most accomodating staff. The gourmet cookies from the valet service was a nice surprise. A gem in the downtown core.

I booked a reservation based on the good ratings and reviews for this hotel. Much to my dismay I ended up cancelling my reservation after checking in and seeing the condition of the room. There were several hairs in the bathroom indicating a less-than-thorough cleaning before my check-in. There were also nail clippings in the carpet. Yuck! The detailed attention to cleanliness was very poor. To the credit of the hotel, the manager did offer to clean our room again (which they claimed they did while we were out, but upon return to the room the same hairs were in the bathroom). At that point they offered to move us to another room. That room had the same issues. Crumbs in the closet door track, hairs on the bathroom floor, and clothing tags on the carpet, indicting to me that it wasn't vacuumed. Detailed cleanliness should be the #1 priority for a hotel. The manager finally let me cancel the reservation without penalty (well I did have to pay $20 for parking), but she also said, "I can see you won't be happy and no room will be clean enough for you." Would anyone else be okay with hair and nail clippings?

One of my favorite all-time hotels. Real art in every room and thematic rooms. What also stands out is the truly excellent staff who really go beyond their duty to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast in the attached restaurant 'Forage' was beautiful and really good. Nice amenities, like free sparkling water. Good view from my room and reasonably quiet, while smack dab in the middle of town.

The hotel was pretty and clean inside the lobby. The greeting and staff were friendly and helpful to us. The room was quaint and as usual for hotels. Nothing too special. A good room for about $110. Overall, it was a better hotel I've stayed in on Robson street.

It is absolutely the best hotel in Vancouver.
The room is a bit outdated, but other than that, everything is super awesome!
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at the center of Robson street so you can walk to everywhere.
Highly recommend this hotel!

We found this hotel on expedia and we stayed here on our anniversary. We drove to vancouver from US and it was our first time there. We just spent a weekend. Staffs were nice and friendly, the room was clean, we had a comfortable bed and our window was facing towards tthe downtown with a beautiful view of water in the middle. The only disaapointment was the price. They charged $27 plus tax for parking, and expedia had lower price than what they charged us when we booked with them. Pricey but we had a good stay. Starbucks was just outside the hotel so we walked there for breakfast next morning. There were lots of stores for shopping on walking distances and lots of places to eat. We will definately go back to vancouver again to spend our weekend but i dunno if we will stay here.

We've really enjoyed our stay at The Listel! There is beautiful art everywhere and the staff has been wonderful. We stayed in a gallery room and it was beautiful with a lovely view, and the West End is a very fun neighborhood to be in. Would definitely stay here again, we had a great time! Perfect for a weekend getaway!

What an incredible hotel experience my partner and I had. Every single staff member was so kind and supportive. Every person who worked there (we met about four) was incredibly accommodating - and Ria helped us feel really taken care of. Very clean. Very comfy. Quality hotel bathroom products. Spacious tub. Having filtered sparkling water on tap was a really really nice touch. I would come here again and recommend it to many others.

From the moment you arrive you are shown great hospitality. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. I love that they use green products in the hotel to reduce the environmental impact. The housekeeping team always say hello and wish you a nice day when you see them in the hallway. Great place great location great staff. I will be back.

Very expensive hotel that is not worth the total price in the end. The fridge was super tiny and was stuck in a cabinet so it obviously would not keep your things cold enough, let alone hold too much. The room decor was very outdated and worn and all the extra fees for parking and eco fees were ridiculous. And $18 bucks for a normal breakfast for one person? We instead went to a really great reviewed restaurant about 10 mins away by car, and paid $9.00 a plate for the same thing. Bed wasn't that great either, and the water pressure was pretty terrible.

Service however was super nice.
