Brokers were very helpful, accomodating, flexible with my drivers and understood hours of service. A pleasure after dealing with some of these other brokerages. They were more than fair on rates and hours.

Be careful! They do not pay TONU. Mark Stack is a fraudster

Held my truck up at a delivery site for over 12 hours with no help. Reason we were late was due to shipper loading too long. Broker basically did nothing to help he was "Waiting on the customer" For 12hours?? After we delivered this load, he blocked my number, wont answer my emails, when calling the company line I give them my load # and they then hang up the line. Never working with them again. I rather dead head 100 miles that deal with Lucas again. Be careful, book at your own risk.

Huge thanks for lipsey, I had a load that I accidently missed the appointment time, they were really quick to help me get this problem fixed. I will work with lipsey again. Thanks to the broker for helping me out.

When I originally booked this load it was told to me loading at 2030 delivery next morning at 0800AM, I would have never booked it for a two day transit. However, it was my mistake for not looking all the way through the rate confirmation at all the details. My driver noticed it & immediatley Nick Thomas our operations manager contacted Troy to see what we need to do, or if the driver had to wait. Troy was advised that the driver could be there no later then Noon (arrived at 1026AM) Troy advised us to proceed to they would get him offloaded. Driver arrived at 1026AM & departed at 22:30. Furthermore my driver was told that the broker was aware of the rescheduled appointment for 7PM that we were not made aware of. My driver sat 12 HOURS!!!! Attached is all the paperwork you need to process detention for my driver, we contacted you over the course of the driver waiting, when the driver was empty, yesterday & this morning we are providing the requested documentation.
The broker is not willing to take fault for telling us we ccan send our driver early

We have been working with Lipsey Logistics for a year now. We do out of St. Louis , MO always with LIPSEY , multiple loads weekly , ( CO, KS, LA, TX, NC, FL) No single issue on loads or pay and pay is way better than many on DAT. We work with the same Broker B.C.. She is an awesome broker and a great person to work with. Highly Recommended company.

do not book load with them you will stuck there for few days without any response to your phone calls and messages then you will not get paid for you work and waste time .

Awesome Broker, the CEO Steven, manager Zack. And Mark stack have been beyond helpful. They have been fantastic, they truly care about the drivers that haul and do a good job for them.
