POS Billing software isn't working properly , this is the most terrible company. Consumers please beware.

Great software for small and big restaurants alike. Loved the experience of associating with this organization.

Very disappointed with their management as well as services. They do not respond to the customer's queries. Website and customer feedback is not working

Worst experience. They take your anual money and never look behind.They never do what all they promised they would do. Dont ever invest with them.They ll treat you like a king till you pay them and then no one calls or entertains you.

With LimeTray's IVR solutions, we managed to reduce our wait time to half! We have been able to tap so many more customers, realized we were missing out a LOT before we bought the LimeTray suite.

Things were scattered all over the place before we purchased LimeTray's suite. It's much easier for us to manage third-party orders now. And there's so much more that we get, from inventory management to CRM. Definitely one of the best investments I made to take my business a notch up.

What sets LimeTray apart is the extremely responsive customer service. Not once have I faced an issue in reaching a real human being who'd cater to my concerns. Brilliant!

Limetray is the worst company, their website doesn't work most of the time.

They just makes fool to their customers, no one revert back on complain, such a horabl service they provide. Problems with system - (1) no store inventory update (2) not able to take guest feedback (3) no booking from website (4) billing system gets hang.

Worst Company, Poor sales team. Their sales person samvit is very bad in communication.
Also their store inventory is pathetic.

Our experience with Limetray team has been terrible, awful people to work with. They charge you for higher level product but what you get is a much lower product, sales team sucks. No coordination between the sales team and development team.

We felt cheated while dealing with them, they did not even return our money.

I hated the system with so many problems, and refused to extend 1 year plan. Then they clear my all data suddenly although we are still in the middle of 1 year contract

The work culture is amazing. The personal growth depends on the work you are doing in your department. The management has improved a lot in last 1 year.

There are multiple things good - one is the software is clean and easy to use. The billing software is cloud based. The online order aggregator tool is particularly great. The support team is quick to help us when we need assistance

Rs 696 paid by mobikwik to limetray on 02.11.2018 but this chor company(Limetray) has not transferred money to it vendor M/s Laxmi Mishtan Bhandar and my order not yet completed Laxmi Mishtan has sent so my mails to limetray but not reply really corrupt org got reply money was paid to limetray by mobikwik but limetray has not transferred money to laxmi mishtan Bhandar that is why Laxmi mishtan bhandar not completing my order useless reply by limetray just to hide real issue CHOR COMPANY

They have made a custom cloud POS solution (cPOS) that operates offline and also on-the-go. Great feature and has simplified management.
