Terrible service. You named your company "Limetray" well.
Experiences are more bitter than lemon peel.
You must have heard the word called " after sales service", We are literally begging you to resolve our issues. No account manager assigned, we are confused whom to contact regarding your software operational issues.
constant issues keep cropping up everyday.
You cannot fool people by making false promises , you have to serve what you promise.

Truly very sad experience
