Very well equipped both in terms of literature and training with attention to detail to attract the customer to what he did not expect to find. Clean and cozy place despite being underground. The only flaw: the staff seems bored, so much so that they do not seem involved and attentive to the customer. The signage for the cash desks is absent and I found myself waiting half an hour in a row while the clerk was comfortably doing his own thing and then telling me to go to the counter in front of the elevators where I had to wait as long for the same reason. . I would prefer to find more welcoming staff in a place that unfortunately has become a niche today.
