The only flaw: the staff seems bored, so much so that they do not seem involved and attentive to the customer. The signage for the cash desks is absent and I found myself waiting half an hour in a row while the clerk was comfortably doing his own thing and then telling me to go to the counter in front of the elevators where I had to wait as long for the same reason. . I would prefer to find more welcoming staff in a place that unfortunately has become a niche today.
