Hiring through them is absolutely biased. They judge by looks and what they themselves want in their company. Not qualification. Myself, my mother and my father have tried to apply. All of us well qualified and instead they hire people with little to no knowledge on customer service and no college.

Best thing to happen to my unit and military family
Every call ends in them hanging up in soldiers faces with no warning. Can never get an appointment scheduled, they do not care to help just read information off of flash cards. They are polite in talking with you but just there for a check.

From the moment I walked in I felt uncomfortable, like I was a bother. They habe no interest in being honest. Received my results and it was all lies. If you get an appointment with call immediately and get another company.

Yeah LHI i'll definitely travel out of state (4+ hours travel) for a medical checkup that takes 5 minutes. On a random monday when i said i can only go Thursday-Sunday. I can definitely afford all this. *Intense sarcasm*

LHI's online scheduling system is unwilling to schedule times or days that work with your schedule. Absolutely a waste of tax dollars. No real care about military members at all.
Terrible company to work with. Nothing the service members request as far at times and date availability is taken into account, regularly send you as far as possible from your home for appointments. I would rather go to the DMV everyday for the rest of my life than deal with this organization.

Horrible. For an organization that is suppose to organize and set up appointments they are the worst. LHI fails to notify people they have appointments, and you wont know until the doctors office calls to tell you, you missed it.
Lhi has become NOT user friendly and cumbersome. they first called me on an automated system telling them to call someone live. then I called someone live and they told me to go back online to fill out a form and then call them back for scheduling..... that is a really stupid system and very frust...
How do you exist to serve Reservists but you aren't open on Sundays??? That's horrible!

As is typical of the federal government, LHI is frustrating, confusing, people do not get back to you, user unfriendly, another hurdle for soldiers/ veterans.
They are untrained P.A. not even Dr.s. then they lie to screw you to help the VA. That is why va has them in 31 states covering 50% of there exams.
5 s from employees or local guides. This says it all. I had three bad experiences with them. Last of three another veteran was insulted by the evaluator.
