I love this company it's one of the best place to work

When installing new cabling in my community, they cut my internet line. When I told them the lead guy said he'd call in an outage to my internet provider. They lied. I waited all day for a repair for which a service call was never placed. Incompetent? Or liar? Either way rhe result is the same. I am without internet for two working days and had to coordinate the repair on what they broke.

Great place to work. The owners take pride in the work and treat their employees very well. :)

Last week their drivers backed over and destroyed our mail box. Two days later they got a new one (cheapest quality). They put it in the ground with 2 plastic pipes that are duct taped together. Already fell out. All attempts to call them only resulted in dead end phone messaging.

3 days later: I went to the actual offices and was able to speak to the CEO/President. He appologized for the problem, and had workers come out to our house within the hour. They dug a proper hole, filled it with concrete, and put the new box and pole into the ground. Perfect. Thank you!

Your drivers are dangerous and aggressive. Maybe you should send them all to driving school

These guys know how to get it done! Hands down they're the best telecom construction company I have ever used. Great service from start to finish.
