Last week their drivers backed over and destroyed our mail box. Two days later they got a new one (cheapest quality). They put it in the ground with 2 plastic pipes that are duct taped together. Already fell out. All attempts to call them only resulted in dead end phone messaging.

3 days later: I went to the actual offices and was able to speak to the CEO/President. He appologized for the problem, and had workers come out to our house within the hour. They dug a proper hole, filled it with concrete, and put the new box and pole into the ground. Perfect. Thank you!
