No customer service here, the person who suppose to assist us was enquiring with louder voice about our business, it was so embarrassing, and once when we go they make us wait for minimum 1 hour, which is not possible for working people, so lazy, it took 1 year an add to issue bank debit card and account details kit, we opened an account last year March, 2019 and got debit card 2020 July , also no account statement sent to us, and they deducted around 2400rs for not maintaining min balance whereas we have no idea without any statement of account
Really they're nice staff..there..!first they ask what is our issues then give the solution...if one of the staff go to lunch then other staff will take responsibility...!! If we a patient mind..surely they nice people..!! But sometimes heavy crowded in places because all of college students..!!
