Great place very neat and fancy very professional and friendly staff

It's deresves a 4 stars not 5. Only the huge building from outside deserves 5*.

I found it odd to pay for parking when invited to a wedding

it's one of the most awesome hotels in bay, it affords a 5 Stars services, this hotel have all the awesome features that a customer need. By the way they have a huge aquatic play ground that fits with all ages and genders... Love it... Keep it up

The best 5 star hotel in Beirut.
I have stayed at all the top 5 star hotels in Beirut, but Le Royal from my experience is the best. The food is also exceptional and the service is great. I look forward to my next trip to Beirut just so i can experience this hotel again..

luxury hotel with a large lobby every night the famous female pianist giunlinar majdalani play live piano Chopin Mozart ..... the rooms are clean with a sea view from the window ther is an indoor swimming pool and a suanA club a restaurant international and local menu I raccomand it

This place is beautiful but the service is the peral ballroom is really bad, i have attended more than 10 parties in it over the past 3 years & nothing changes: slow waiters, they even forget what u asked them, one thing though the international buffet is better than the seated dinner, they're not good at lebanese food, most of the food gets a bad taste bcz of weak aur conditioning, and the ballroom is not well ventilated so you get stuck between cigi's, smoke machines and cake sparkly candle dust... no place to sit in the welcome drink area, you just stay standing for like 1 hour! This is one of the mose prestigious places in town, it's a shame to have it this way...

We visited the city of water games in the hotel .. A beautiful and well-equipped place and services are very good and suited my children .. Not suitable for people with special needs .. Suitable prices for service

Stayed there during Dec 2010 for a week+. A fantastic biz hotel offers excellent service n care.
The view around is beyond explanations.
Being a vegetarian, it was a bit tough to choose menu, but was manageable with the available delicacies. Good restaurant and great rooms.
Good spa jacuzzi and hot room, also the gym was well equipped.
Good and courteous staff add to this.

Well I had a lovely dinner there with my friends. The plates were great looking and tasty. So I enjoyed being there.
Everyone must try the experience.

This hotel is an icon. Especially the SPA. Plus It has a water park. A luxury place to stay in and enjoy.

Amazing stay , the room v spacious, the service is gr8 , we had a package wiz massage and access to the pool .. it was gr8 highly recommended

I didn't stay in the hotel, i just assisted to many seminars there, the multipurpose rooms are very nice, toilets as well, on the other hand during the last seminar, the lunch was served in one of the hotel's restaurants at the upper floors, it was not exceptional, the service was not professional at all, the waiters were not elegant enough for a 5 stars hotel, they removed my soft drink before i finish it, and that was gas-less by the way. a lot of investment shall be made in the human resources

The hotel is very good but I had bad experiences with them regarding the internet, I was totally not satisfied, coz when I checked out they told me you have to pay 160 dollar for the internet for 3 days just i uesd the internet for the WhatsApp and Facebook and my booking it was with free internet including,
Really I was very upset when I pay 160 us dollar for nothing I felt like stolen

Spacious rooms with amazing view of the sea. Not far from the hotel except in rush hours where traffic can take to an hour to to Get there. Service is good and the breakfast buffet has good varieties and delicious lebanese dishes.

To me it is a worldwide ranked hotel. Modern and perfectly equipped room with a 5 star service and a magnificent swa view. It features many recreational facilities, bars, and luxurious restaurants. In addition, many wedding and international events are held throughout each year.

Attended the Laugh Story show which was awesome. We had fun.

Professional spa although it is starting to show its age...

I usually rated higher but it's just that the Jacuzzi was not functional and some maintenances is needed. Nevertheless, the team and the service is still great in the spa...
