I didn't stay in the hotel, i just assisted to many seminars there, the multipurpose rooms are very nice, toilets as well, on the other hand during the last seminar, the lunch was served in one of the hotel's restaurants at the upper floors, it was not exceptional, the service was not professional at all, the waiters were not elegant enough for a 5 stars hotel, they removed my soft drink before i finish it, and that was gas-less by the way. a lot of investment shall be made in the human resources
