Super fast, I had my toner within 24 hours of order!

I have been a client of LD Products for nearly 2 years and rely on them for all my drum and toner needs. They offer a solid product at unbeatable prices, usually with 1-2 day arrival time in Los Angeles. I had an issue with a drum unit and I called them about it. In 10 minutes I had a new one sent (free of charge) and it arrived the very next day. My printer now works perfectly fine. I cannot speak highly enough about their value products and their service. I m going to be a customer for life. Thank you.

DON'T DO IT! I ordered and received a set of cartridges and one was bad. Missing the microchip.
I logged into my LD Products account online and spoke with customer service. They have no record of my order or customer number even though I'm logged into their website.
It seems as though they'll sell you ink but when something goes wrong, they want you to prove you purchased the ink regardless of using their website to do so. I'll dig around and try to locate a confirmation email or physical invoice in an attempt to rectify the situation but I will not order from LD Products again.

Stay far away from this company. Customer service will be of no help when you have an issue with a simple order. Needed toner and paid extra for 2 day. I called and asked the status of my order. Turns out it never even left the facility, what a joke. They apologize and assure me it will DEFINITELY go out 2nd Day. To this day I am still waiting. End result, they decided to go with the cheapest, longest method possible. Advised it would take 10-15 business days for a refund after I send the toner back. I spent $50+ on toner from Office Depot. Take my advice, just drive those 10 minutes up the street. It'll save you time and a huge headache.

This has unfortunately been one of the worst experiences I have had with a company online. They have been unscrupulous and deceitful during the entire process. My experience started attempting to order 4 drum units. There was a quantity discount offered which was not reflecting in the cart. When I contacted the company, they simply told me someone from marketing would get back to me. That never happened. I was able to find an alternate solution on my own to place the order. Within 24 hours, I was given a tracking number. Days later, I received notification the package was delivered, there was a discrepancy that it was delivered to the wrong city. I called the post office in the incorrect city to find out more details. They told me the package was odd, in that it had a weight listed of 0 ounces and cost $2.43 to ship. Impossible for a package containing 4 drum units. I contacted LD Products, and they were little help, but did initiate a new order. Highly suspicious they didn t seem to care that $300 worth of product was delivered incorrectly (because they knew it wasn t). About 5 days later I received my new package, however, it only contained 3 units, the first I had heard the quantity was short. Why not just tell the customer stock in hand is short (the website mentioned 10+ items in stock a lie)? On the 24th I contacted them about the missing unit. They said regarding the remaining other unit it has been packaged and is currently in the process for shipment. Still not sent. Today is the 1st. I had requested a new tracking number and today they say The rest of the order is currently in the process for shipment. As soon as the order ships out, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. Rest assured, we have your items in stock and we will be able to ship your order out for you within this week. So they have the items in stock but are refusing to ship for over a week? More lies. Why do business with a company like this? I won t be hoodwinked again. They aren t even honest about their rating through google (see screenshot). Caveat emptor.

I have been buying the products from this company since little over two years initially their toners were good but recently may be from an year they are sending terrible toners, these toners leak and the powder is all over the printer and documents. I print lots of loan documents escrow wont accept the documents if they are not clearly printed. So i would caution anyone buying "Brother TN850 High Yield Black Compatible Toner Cartridges". These are for laser printers. There is one specific brand that LD product sends out that is called "Premium Quality" these are horrible toners so far i had experience with. I have notified LD products multiple times but they keep sending these. The excuse they give is we don't have control over their own warehouse so does then. We has a customers have no visibility what is on their end.

These folks are great! I've been buying products from them for about 4 years and they ALWAYS go above and beyond! Today I learned that HP (that evil company) again inserted a code to not allow any ink products to work in their printers. This means all the private brands like LD must change the chips in their printer inks so they will operate on HP printers. I called HP and they basically said "Sorry..." Then I called LD who had warned me with an email of this. In my case their fix to download a previous version didn't work for me so... LD replaced all 4 of my ink cartridges for free! Who does that? LD Products does and I recommend them whole-heartedly!!!

We tried their ink. We decided to not continue with them. They keep sending ink - Cyan only. Over the phone I have asked that they stop sending ink. They call and try to manipulate, then send ink anyway after I tell them they don't have to "fulfill the initial contract." They do not respect your wishes.

I have been purchasing from this company for more than 4 years with no problems, the orders I create are the orders shipped, never out of stock for my orders, always perfectly packed (for my business and home) cannot tell the difference between OEM and theirs in quality and amount of ink or toner, 5 printers at work, 2 printers at home

Have ordered LD ink cartridges for years from them. Initially, they were good. The last couple of years they seem to have gone down hill. Not as much ink and the print quality isn't what it used to be. In addition, the price for the cartridges I use have gone up by more than 60% in just 2 years. Time to look elsewhere.
