An organization that truly cares to serve our community in the tri-county area. Ive never worked with such a dedicated group of professionals before. Love it!

This is an organization that helps people pay their utilities when they are past due or receive a shut off notice i.e. electric bill. How it works is if you want to apply for aid, you call on Tuesday starting at 9:30 am until you get through. You leave a message with your name and phone number and someone will call you and set up an appointment.

Very quiet place clean. Helped in summer with pge
funds for me back on. Not very friendly tho....

For a non-profit organization, its amazing how all the employees can afford cars that? are 30 thousand+.

Very nice place very nice and knowledgeable employees always willing to help can usually get on the energy assistance line without a problem. I never feel pressured there.

They paid me and my son's entire electric bill very grateful and thankful for these people!

Serves primarily to latino community in portland, but its door is open to all. Have mamy programs for adult, and youths.

It is an organization, which helps in many fields, for Latinos and minorities. from programs for children and adolescents such as English classes for parents and help to understand our community more.

This organization was really, really awesome they came through for me in my time of need!!!!
