Quick service. Personable staff! This is my favorite location.

Placed five orders here, they all were wrong, They use to put butter on the bottom of the pizza crust and they stopped, the only time I got it right was when I was in the store and asked them to make it over. The whole time I said I WILL PAY EXTRA , IF YOU CANT DO IT JUST TELL ME. they said thru the fourth order over six weeks no we can do it. THEN TODAY I GET IT THE SAME WAY. IT TASTE LIKE A DIET PIZZA THIS WAY. TODAY THE SUPER SAID WE CANT DO THAT . FINALLY I GOT IT OUT OF THEM. DO YOU THINK IT WAS RIGHT FOR THEM TO PLAY ME ALONG ALL THIS TIME KNOWING IF THEY SAID THAT I WOULD GO TO A PLACE THAT WOULD DO IT AND IT WOULD NOT BE LAROSAS, THIS IS WRONG, THEY THINK THERE CUSTOMERS ARE STUPID I GUESS. I CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE THIS STUPID, ITS GOT TO BE BECAUSE THEY WANTED MY BUSINESS BUT DID NOT WANT TO DO IT MY WAY. LET IT BE KNOW I SAID UP FRONT ON THE SECOND ORDER . I WILL PAY EXTRA TO GET BUTTER ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CRUST , I ALSO SAID IF YOU CANT DO IT JUST SAY, I STARTED THAT ON THE THIRD WRONG ORDER. THEY WOULD SAY YOUR TELLING THEM IN DETAIL . I TOLD THEM IN DETAIL TODAY TO ONLY TALK TO A SUPER THAT SAID MY ORDER HAD NOTHING ABOUT BUTTER ON THE BOTTOM AND THEN THE OTHER PERSON SAID IT DID. ITS LIKE DID THE FIRST PERSON WHERE THEY JUST TO LAZY TO READ ON DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE ORDER WHERE IT SAYS BUTTER ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CRUST?? SEEMS TO ME A LOT OF PEOPLE SHOULD BE FIRED. I RUN A BUSINESS AND IF I DID PEOPLE THIS WAY PLAYING THEM FOR STUPID I WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
IF YOUR STUPID AND FOLLOW THE LEAD OF PEOPLE THAT DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR HAPPINESS WHEN YOU ARE THE ONE HANDING THEM MONEY.

THEN STAY GOING HERE. THE THIRD TIME WHEN I DID GET THE STORE TO REMAKE IT AND BY THE WAY IF I HAVE NOT SAID THIS ALREADY THE SUPER SAID IT CANT BE DONE THAT WAY. IT WAS DONE THAT DAY AND ALMOST ALL THE ORDERS THAT DAY OF ME BEING IN THERE WERE WRONG AND WERE REDONE. KEEP IN MIND I WAS ONLY IN THIS PLACE THAT DAY FOR FORTY FIVE MINUTES AND CAN ONLY SPEAK FOR THAT TIME FRAME.

I eat Larosa's everywhere being i travel for work and this Queensgate location is by far the best the food is ALWAYS fresh always taste better than any of them

La Rosa's is great food, just be aware that this location doesn't have a dining room. Covington, KY and Fort Mitchell, KY do and you can also call them to ask about other locations in the area. Only come to this location if taking the food to go works for you!

Food is good. However, don't bother ordering a topping. You won't get it. Even if you're the only person in the place, you won't get any toppings

Their process for keeping folks safe is very precise. Best to order ahead, give them a call when you get there and they'll hand you the meal at your car window. Enjoy

The people are very friendly and they know me by name. I live a great distance from this LaRosa's, but for me it's so worth the drive.

So I ordered a specialty Garlic pizza where you could add your own 4 ingredients. when the pizza came i had spinach and diced tomatoes on it which i did NOT order. When called, the Queensgate employee argued and said the order was correct and would not give a credit for their mistake. do not order from this pizzeria. very rude and inconsiderate to the customer. Buddy Larosa should be rolling over about now

I've always recieved the best customer service here at the Queensgate LaRosa's. In my experience the staff has always been professional and respectful, taking their job one step further and treating me like I'm a part of their family. Thank you, Queensgate team!

fast delivery, the drivers are always very nice, a bit over priced on a few things, foods always be ok at best but, my main problem with them is they keep forgetting things.. (ie) order x3 diablo sauce and they'll only bring x1, order x2 Bleu Cheese and only get x1 ect.... I order from there about once a week, every week. lucky their the only ones (Queensgate) that'll deliver to my house. otherwise it would be Domino's all the way!

Love this particular store! When they make something wrong they correct it with out complaint or hesitation. Everyone is so super nice and always happy.

We ordered 4 large Deluxe pizzas for a corporate team lunch. Pizzas were delivered hot and on time, with tableware and drinks. The very thick pizzas were laden with generous and delicious hot, moist toppings. No drama, plenty of sauce, no cesspool issues.

Always an extremely friendly staff there which is impressive considering it's a takeout only location.

I had a slice of cheese and a veggie ! The veggie was the best: great toppings and great dough. The taste is on point.

It was just okay! The place took forever to deliver our pizza to our hotel but got a discount on it, and it was barely warm when we got it, still good pizza though!

Very unimpressive. Under cooked crust. Very light on the toppings. Ppl staffing are great but product they are putting out is not very good.

Good place to stop and grab a bite. Menus has a lot to offer. Ordering before you go is recommend.

A great place didn't get dinner lunch or just something to snack on I recommend the wing's.

The only place that delivers to my neighborhood, even though donatos is four blocks away (i guess they're scared?). The delivery is always prompt and the pizza is good for a low price.

Pretty much just a pickup location with a small lobby with drink coolers in it. Whenever I've gotten pizza from here, delivery or pickup, it's always been cooked right, and actually cut into slices

This place obviously knows how to take care of their customers. Constantly with a friendly mindset. The food is reasonably priced, constantly flavorful and neat.

When the delivery driver tries to upcharge after you've paid everything (including tip) online and says you still owe $2 to try and get more money. And then doesn't deliver all your food.

Great pizza but be warned ... this store is for carry out only so don't go expecting a sit down dinner. Other than that, the staff is friendly and helpful and the food is always good and hot. This is Cincinnati's best hometown pizza!

It is the best Larosa around the tristate. Here at this location you are greated with a smile . Food fresh hot and quickly served. Gayle and her team of managers and staff are quite of bunch of fun loving individual who takes pride in serving you with Cincinnati #1 pizza the best in Cincinnati.

The only place in the area where I never check my bag because my order is always right. Ive been ordering from this location for over a year. Very consistent with the prep, quality, speed, and taste of food. Every associate I've met has given me excellent customer service.

The past 2 years I go this location on West 8th b4 work. I'm very known lol bout my salads I get the calzone combo with the small salad. 2night I almost decided not to check it cause I thought by now it won't have brown lettuce. Soon as I checked. Yep they had to make another. Why do this location serve brown lettuce? Iv been sick twice from eating the salads with brown lettuce in it.

Order the food you see here & it only took 15 minutes. Rondos is the spinach & cheese roll with marinara sauce, and basically a medium supreme pizza without sausage and pepperoni. The food was decent enough 2 recommend 2 others...

Many locations & Large menu that's Delicioso. I choose to pickup my dinner by not delivery since y delivery comes from a different location but the Queen's gate Store is the one I prefer but all the LaRosa's are amazing. I never placed or received any bad order. I suggest you place an order for your family they are Enjoying!!! OH.., if you have Large Familia or Event to feed ask about there special's. They cater too!! Give them a call ASAP!

Fixed pizza that I had brought back the next day because we didn't eat it because of the crust. Always friendly and fast.

The person who took my order was nice and polite. Did not have me there waiting long for my order to be ready.

WE ALL KNOW OHIO HAS BAD WATER, WHICH MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE GREAT PIZZA. USE A NEW YORK WATERMAKER SYSTEM. I RELOCATED FROM NY. I AM HOPING YOU GET ONE OF THESE.
