You'll pay more for quality made-in-America products, but it's good stuff. Watch for sales. Always friendly associates and well stocked shelves. Checkout line wait is a regular pain point but not enough to lose a star.

I must look like someone who doesn't have $$$. No one greeted me. Not one of the many salespeople said a word to me although they greeted others. I'll take my money to a craft fair and buy handmade soaps and candles. Tyvm

The shelves are well stocked and the staff is always very helpful. There is a wide selection of fragrances and this particular location is connected one of Bath and Body Works' sister stores, the White Barn.

Black Friday all over again! Ok everybody today is the big candle sale they are $9.50 (along with any coupons)! The store is loaded with all of the favorites! Now if you're venturing to the B&BW in Easton be ready! The one next to #OldNavy is so crowded the line is in the parking lot. But wait! Just zoom around to the other one in the #Gateway (connected to #WhiteBarnCandle) the store is packed but they have approximately 9 lines open for check out. I only stood in line roughly about 6 minutes give or take a few. WE YOU B&BW!

Clean store but myself and my daughter walked around for about 10 minutes and were not even greeted. Associates spent the whole time talking to each other so I didnt even purchase anything.

Selection however customer service needs to be upped a little bit. I had an exchange and I felt as if it was a huge inconvenience for the cashier. I sensed some attitude even though it's store policy

Great for product but low staff or poor scheduling apparently ! I was in this evening around 3ish and my check out experience was prolonged they need to open more registers in the store that way if someone is in a rush they wont be backed up in a long line of people especially when big sales are involved any OTHER bath and body works i go to have a couple registers open for a faster checkout experience however I will NOT be spending my money in this location anymore. I prefer the Polaris location the store manager there gets the JOB done, Sorry to say this one not so much . I want to know who the store manger is maybe i can ask the manger at the polaris location some pointers and give them to her!!!

Love the smells!!! The body butter is awesome. I use it every day. Friendly staff. My only suggestion would be to change the door setting. The sale items were so close to the door, it kept opening & it was freezing outside!!

It was so helpful that I could do an even exchange for a candle I received at Christmas and I hadn't used and didn't like the scent. The only problem that I had was that it was hard to find a new candle that I loved the scent, which isn't much of a problem.

This was the worst Bath and Body Works I have ever been to. Right when I walked in the door, the employee named Kenadee yelled at me to sanitize my hands. I will always do that happily, but she didnt have to yell at me like I was some disobedient child. It was rude and I felt uncomfortable in the store. She kept looking at me in some angry way. I wont be in that store again!!

Great selection and great staff. By chance walked in on an outstanding deal and staff were happy and eager to help take full advantage! Walked out with about $160 worth of goods for just $100. Thank you guys, really appreciated the experience!

Love Bath and Body Works. Whenever I go, the staff will always ask me if I need help with anything. Lines go pretty fats too. Whenever I ask if I need help or if I need a recommendation for something, they would always help me out. Only problem I have with this place is mainly just the pricing range of the products. Other than that, I love coming here whenever I'm low on a product that I use.

Cashier acted like she was inconvenienced by having to check me out. I purchased a lot. Her huffing and puffing and numerous snarky comments about how long it was going to take to ring up and bag were not necessary. Adding that purchasing online would have been easier should have been keep to herself.
