My family has been vacationing in Sea Isle since 2003. We have always been treated very well by your company, whether we rented thru you or not. Today's fast response to my request by Bill Ruhl is why we keep coming to Landis. Keep up the good work and service to your clients.

About to begin a week's rental and have important questions that are not addressed in the contract as to exactly what is provided- beach chairs, sand pails, etc. Not an odd query given that towels and sheets are NOT. We have been told by Landis that they DON'T KNOW and cannot reach the owners. Head to the website for a "live chat" and there are no operators on duty.
This is no one's idea of good customer service.

My family and I have been vacationing In Sea Isle City over 20 years. We love the small town feel and friendly people. Yvonne Carey, Real Estate Agent with Landis , has been assisting us with rentals for most of those years. Her knowledge of the town and it's rental properties is extensive to say the least! As our rental needs have changed over the years, in space needed and budget, Yvonne has always found a perfect fit for us. She has gone as far as to visit homes she hasn't seen before, knowing I am out of town and can't view the house in person. Her response time to my emails is most impressive, working quickly to get our reservation confirmed. After we have arrived and get settled into our temporary "Beach House", Yvonne is available if we have questions or concerns about the house. She has a natural, down to earth, yet professional attitude. You can trust that she will do her best for you!

We had a difficult time with our most recent rental experience with Landis. The house we rented was dirty and had ants in the kitchen rendering it unusable. After complaining immediately upon arrival and two more times within the first 24 hours, Landis contacted the owner who showed up unannounced at 8:15 am. The owner then accused us of bringing the ants with us! After more phone calls, Landis finally came and took pictures to prove the problem but ultimately did nothing to help us. Landis did not communicate effectively with the owner on our behalf and did not support us when the owner was rude to us. As a result of this situation, we won't be utilizing Landis in the future.

Yvonne was very caring and responsive to a complicated issue we had and was able to resolve it for us very quickly and efficiently. We have been dealing with her and Landis for many years and are quite pleased with them.

In March 2019, we worked with Yvonne from Landis for a summer Sea Isle City rental. She was very helpful and professional in helping us find a great home to rent this summer. Our experience was completely positive.

Stay away.... these people are the most unprofessional, non communicative agents. Never respond timely, clearly are poorly trained and are really good a lying to you. For a horrific experience use them, if not go somewhere else. This is pretty much a real estate romper room

Our family has had a horrible vacation experience due to Landis s unprofessional handling of a Landlord-tenant problem. During this time the matter was handled by a Landis employee who would only give his name as Sam .
We had paid in advance for a rental unit on 52nd Street, to include a functioning washer and dryer. Upon arrival the washer was malfunctioning. We reported this promptly and were assured that a new washer would be delivered to the unit on either Sunday or Monday.
On Monday afternoon we called Landis since we had not received the washer. During this conversation Sam told us that the washer would not be delivered until Thursday at the earliest. We explained that our group had 4 adults and 3 children and needed this washer. When we explained that this was unacceptable and we needed the washer or a rental adjustment Landis s only reply was: I m just repeating what the owner said.
I h ave dealt with realtors (and other professionals) for over 30years. This conduct is an abdication of Landis s professional responsibility just to curry favor with a property owner instead of informing that owner of the owner s contractual responsibilities. They have our advance payment and are probably assuming that we won t pursue this further. They are wrong. I intend to report this to the Real Estate commission as well as pursue any other legal avenues available against both the owner and Landis.

I would NOT recommend Landis.

Landis is awesome, specifically Bill Ruhl. We've been going there for years! Always responsive and personable!

Rental mistepresented, dirty. Safety concerns, broken appliances. Not realtor issue but are renting in good faith that the rental is represented accurately. Pictures on website not the condo rented. Renter Beware!!!

Landis Realtors have been the realtor of choice for sea Isle City summer rentals. They have a lot of variety.

The realtor is very efficient and I feel heard and important. I booked over the holiday week and I never felt I was inconveniencing him, although I am sure I was. He was quick in his response yet patient with me to make a decision. Finding a house was not easy but working with Landis and Bill Ruhl has been very easy. I look forward to a perfect vacation.

Beware of this realtor company.

We rented a home in Sea Isle last week through Lisa Haas at Landis Realty Co. The house was unsanitary, disgusting and deplorable with pee all over the toilet and floor, dried feces on a wooden toilet seat, dead bugs in carpet, vomit and what appears to be blood stains in the carpet, etc. and Ms. Haas as well as the owner Judith Litwornia don't seem to think a refund is in order.

My family rent homes in the area every year for our family reunionand have never been subjected to such disgust!

Realtor didn't notify us that the backyard was under construction. We show up and the the whole back yard is tore up with heavy equipment everywhere!!! Poor service.

Rented Oceanfront condo at 4100 Boardwalk in Sea Isle City on the 3rd floor. Elevator was out of order until our last day. We had to walk up & down 3 flights of cement stairs in 90 degree weather. My husband and I are 73 years old. Besides that the condo sleeps 6 but seats 2 . Only a loveseat which was not the one adverted in the website pic. We received NO monetary compensation. Extremely dissatisfied!!!!

Rented condo at 43rd Street for a week on 3 rd floor and elevator didn't work the whole week. Landis Realty never let us know and my husband had to leave middle of week. So disappointed with realty and the owners since it was our second year renting from them. Never again

I have been renting vacation homes in Sea Isle City from the Landis Company for many years. My realtor, Yvonne Carey, has helped me find the perfect place for my family each year. She was able to find rentals that would provide the amenities that I needed for both my elderly parents and toddler grandchildren. Whenever I had questions or needs concerning my rentals, Yvonne Carey personally and immediately stepped up and provided the needed information. Horrible experience- our rental at 308 44th street was not cleaned at all DURING THE PANDEMIC. Dirty hand railings, used cups under the bed, filthy bathrooms. Landis and the owner could care less. They exposed our children and guests to the virus. When confronted they were smug and blew us off.

Yvonne and team are amazing! Helpful Courteous and understands the importance of making renting easy! We have been coming to Sea Isle for 12 years and will continue to do business with this team!!!

Arrived with my family this past weekend, the AC was broken, we ended up getting two AC vents which only would cause the power to fuse. Eventually the AC was fixed, but unfortunately we weren t even informed of someone coming to fix the AC, meaning they just walked into our house. Never will rent from Landis again.

Landis has been renting our seashore unit for years. We are beyond pleased with them. They rent our unit consistently more than any other realtor in Sea Isle city. Natasha especially is an awesome person. She always looks out equally for tenant and landlord.

Have always been prompt with returning information on inquiries, helpful in finding a good property within your budget and desired location. Have been responsive to any problems we've had with property while there. Not a 5 star because they don't provide some of the concierge type service of more expensive services, but I feel like we always get at least what we pay for.

My family has been utilizing this realtor for decades and have never had a bad experience. If you are looking for a place to stay in Sea Isle then look no further. Our agent, Natasha, is patient, listens, and finds the perfect properties based on our needs every year. She's amazing!
