I went to ask for information to open an account and the lady who was there of the only thing I wanted was to break into a coffee (I know because she was attending to me and started talking on the phone in front of me and believing that I didn't hear her) I comment). pathetic

Really, today I have understood why I AM NOT A Kutxabank CLIENT. After getting dizzy two days in a row to pay for a building permit at the Central bank, I have come as is. Yesterday that if I was missing a paper, which is by law, it is okay, but today THAT THE BRANCH WAS EMPTY !!!! it was after hour...

I have been a client of Kutxabank for more than 20 years, I have never had any problems. It stands out for the proximity of all its managers and its professionalism. Without a doubt it is a trustworthy entity, 100% recommended.

How can you put a 902 phone to request an appointment for the income statement? They can argue that there are other ways that have no cost, but everyone has no chance to use them. Do they not charge enough administration expenses for checking accounts? And let's not say of those schedules for paymen...
