Below is a recap of our horrible experience! The owner keeps telling us these are "non-issues" and threatened us with legal action if we seek to get a partial refund on the defective/shoddy work/materials used - even though we continue to ask him to come correct these issues, so we don't have to pursue that. You decide for yourself if these are "non-issues":
- Our lightening system for the front yard was dug up, disconnected, trashed (glass lights broken) and taken away
- Our front lawn is burnt and brown because the irrigation is not working properly
- Our back lawn has two dangerous dips in it from the sod not being replaced properly
- Kokobo owner used sod from Home Depot to fill in the back
- Kokobo owner left us with a gap in the gazebo flooring
- Kokobo owner knew he was leaving us with a gap in the gazebo flooring and asked us to fix his shoddy work with scraps of wood that were never left
- Kokobo owner told us he'd charge us "for materials only" instead of his usual $550 to extend a deck and he came back with a bill for over $900
- Kokobo owner went from not caring/taking us seriously to being extremely aggressive (threatening legal action) when we remained persistent about fixing the issues (or giving us a partial refund on the defective work/materials)

We hired this firm to build a plant wall at our restaurant. They took a $12,500 deposit and never came back to do the job. They have refused to complete the work and to Refund my money. They delayed my opening and forced me to open a lawsuit. Avoid this company at all costs!
