Took us almost 2 years to bit the bullet and put the pool in. The team at KOHO pool made it an easy decision. Such a great group of young men. Showed up everyday in the sweltering heat and pouring rain. They were very respectful, knowledgeable, patient with all my question and always cleaned up...
Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in any industry. Staff sent had poor knowledge and execution.

I have used Koho Pools professionally for 5 years. They are extremely knowledgeable and always resolve any issues I have ever had with my spa and pool in my high rise buildings here in Barrie. I highly recommend them and their suggestions are always very valuable and timely.

This company should go out of business. Their service is terrible . Leo , the owner is a joke . Once they get your down payment , good luck in dealing with them . Run from this company !!! If I could give negative stars I would .
My advice for anyone getting a pool ... dont be fooled by pictures in a flyer, unless you pay for the beautiful landscaping in the pictures dont expect anything but piles of dirt.
