Worst ever experience with kohlar... even after making 100% payment in advance we received the product after 1 month after hell lot of follow ups, and when the person comes for installation the product delivered was not as per the order. When asked, thre was a new story saying the person interacting with us had not ordered what was promised and now charging additional cost for that specification.
Will never go for kohlar again or even recommend anyone.

Some of the best products in the bathroom category.

Pathetic Service.....

We have purchased Kohler Toilet Accessories for a value of around 6.5L in different phases.

We had a discussion with Kohler Team in Bangalore and the materials were then routed through the dealer - Ram Ceramics.

We now have a concern that we need to exchange few materials as there are some changes in our site. exchange value could be around 15k.
But we are getting no support either from the Kohler Team-Bangalore nor from their dealer. Both are just passing the approval authority on each other, making us suffer for our requirement, even after paying the amount in Advance. Now, those materials are definitely of no use to us.

This is not a retail outlet. This is just an office. The officials helped me with the details of the dealer near to my place.

Worst customer service . Technician never turns on time . Please don t buy there products . No proper help on right time
