Excellent food, great service and totally Awesome-quality food that is a give-in with Koffie Chalet. Despite the renovations that were going on downstairs they managed all their customers v well upstairs. I had my fav Steak (damaged 865 plus taxinclusive of a sideline n 1 add on sideline Rs 195 + tax). Mocktails werent available but Soft drinks (Rs95+t) n water(Rs145+t) was, so no biggy. Also mashed potatoe was v less so i requested and d waiter very sweetly got another plate of d same.

Ambience was good. Service was good. Ordered mozerella sticks, fish fried, chicken goujan, fudge cake slice. Only thing that tasted good was fish fried. Pricing according to food was ok.

Good food but need to work on ambience & decor. More the customers more the suffocated!

Limited menu, not much to select from, I went for drinks, they didn t have half the drinks from the menu...so I asked the server to get the 2 best of their drinks, one was mocha coffee (cold) and mintoo (mint lemonade) both were very ordinary, the mocha coffee was a blend of coffee ice cream with chocolate sauce and milk & mintoo was crushed ice with mint leaves and sprite...small sized place is ok but the ambience was too dull & depressing.
Definitely not going there again.

We had a really good experience at koffie challet.. Everything we ordered was really good. Im writing this to specifically thank and appreciate the service as the incharge was really humble and co-operative ; after a few seconds of placing order we asked him if he could bring some french fries right away, as we had our aunt with us who had taken her insulin injection and it had been an hour, and she couldnt wait for the order. He went straight to the kitchen and brought a plate of french fries. We were expecting it will b offcourse charged in the bill at the end, but to our surprise it wasnt. We really appreciate this kind gesture.
I have given 4 stars because, although all the food was really good but there is always room for improvement, so best of luck.

Taste and ambiance is good. But the serving size is low and the prices are on the higher side

A cosy place with efficient and amiable waiters and quick service.However the music is too loud and the food overpriced.The sandwiches are terrible.Steak are better with rich sauce and distinctive taste but the beef is overcooked and mashed poatotes lack the creamy taste.overall experience 7.5/10.

Amazing food and specially their menthol drink. Serving is a bit less as we compare to other competitors otherwise over all it's a good experience.

Anyways, food is not bad, just average. Service is also just average.
The order taker didn't know much about the temperature of steak, and hence failed to provide me the temperature I wanted. I ordered their most expensive signature steak, served on hot plate. When I asked him to serve me medium rare temperature, he said that temperature cannot be served on the hot plate... Illogical...
Then they refused to give me discount on my credit card too.
I was surprised when I got there, it was only 40% occupied, and a whole section of their upstairs sitting was closed. Now I know why they weren't full on a weekend...

Did better social media marketing than the actual. Ordered chicken cheese goujons and they were okay but the quantity wasn't as good as the price. Alot to improve.

Food was tasty (went for buffet brunch). However Decor needs to improve, far too much brown. It was quite dingy, there was this huge tree like decorative thing in the middle of the tables, a waste of space and looked tacky. Waiters were attentive, but didn't inform us that there was also dessert available (place is q. small so it was placed away from the buffet table). However, on the whole a pleasant experience.

Poor food, very congested dinning area, over priced meals with no taste and quality. Quality of service, presentation of food are very poor.

Worst brunch experience. There was renovation going on in ground floor and one can hardly move around due to extra tables placed on first floor. All brunch items were cold. Pancakes were hard as rock. Zero ambiance. Not recommended.

Loved the atmosphere there. Good place to have a lunch or dinner.
