Third class company
Does not provide salary
Fraud company...

Just a BPO if you're looking for a part-time job then it's okay or else it's just a west of time

This place is the best platform that gives you multiple growing paths which you will never get in any other organisations.

This is the best place to learn more and grow up. I'm glad to join this center.

It is a good company . My work experience is good. But promotion is getting gate. That,s why this my experience

Good management and customer care service is also nice

Wonderful place to work at. Management is very good!! Fully satisfied!!

Worst experience ever...
They recrute freshers in spite of not having vacancies and they call 3-4 times for interview and then they will not mention that if the certification does not happen they will not provide salary. Then will make you work for many days till the certification does not happen. Then after 15 days, 1 months or more they will make you work not give salary and give a reason that you are decertfied and shift you in other system and same goes for that.
Till 3 months they will do same and give same of cerfication and make you work then remove you from office
And also they will make you sign resignation inspite they remove you so they won't have to give salary...
Dont join it please...

For knowledge and to earn money it's very good place.

Your Tl is slamming for your target and QA slamming for your score they don't understand situation of employees.

It's a 3rd class company I ever seen in my life.hr team, TL with all senior members are playing game with employees career. If someone wants to join kochar then my sugession is not to join.if u join kochar then u spoil your career. It's a truth.

Overall it's good place to work, in terms of everything..

Unorganized people working without any procedures, HR personnel ask you to lie to the company personnel to benefit themselves. DO NOT APPLY FOR A JOB HERE WASTE OF TIME, and they call everyone at 11:00am and make them wait till 6:00pm regularly on a daily basis they do not plan on first come first serve basis so unproffessional their names are mentioned below Gautam,Harshila and another associate.

One of the best places I have been. And working with it.

worst company, interview continue for 2 weeks and in last say no, waste time and money in travelling as its located in rural village area so far from city.

The ever wrost place dont even waste yur time to see this place even if u past near by this place yur bad-luck should start from that time

In Kochar there is no respect of employees they behaving like employees r donkeys

Ganta jevi company has 6 bakvas and staff in south bakvas and staff is very bed chutiya staff and security staff is very chutiyapa
