KnowledgeWorks Foundation is a non-profit organization that partners with learning communities to ensure that every student graduates ready for what’s next. The foundation believes in creating the future of learning, together. With a focus on personalized and competency-based education, KnowledgeWorks is committed to transforming the traditional education system into one that prepares students for success in college, career, and life.
The foundation was established in 2000 with a mission to improve student achievement by supporting innovative approaches to teaching and learning. Since then, it has worked with hundreds of schools across the United States to develop new models of education that meet the needs of all students.
One of KnowledgeWorks’ core beliefs is that every student has unique talents and interests that should be nurtured through personalized learning experiences. To achieve this goal, the foundation works closely with educators and school leaders to design curriculum frameworks that are flexible enough to accommodate different learning styles while still meeting rigorous academic standards.
