The absolute worse company to work for, the ones that actually work get no recognition and then the ones who sit and watch youtube all day get praises. It took over a year to do any maintenance on the paint booth. They pay experienced workers like they were just out of high school. I would not recommend ever working there. The paint supervisor wants to be everyone's bro and not do any actual supervising.

Company has 200 people sitting at a desk doing nothing while a handful of people physically work in a totally separate building. I literally sat and watched the other building have food catered in while we watched.
Poor management. Zero room for advancement. Very little safety.
