Torrance was extremely helpful with helping me obtain new insurance. She was patient and took her time to help me thoroughly review my policy options. Like many others here in FL, my previous insurance company was liquidated. Fortunately I was able to get good coverage for a reasonable price.

Everyone was great at Kim. I liked the fact that I could do the home inspection on line. The only thing I didn't like is having to get a wind meditation report. It would have been better if this had been disclosed at the beginning... But; none-the-less I would recommend Kim to anyone.
I'm really impressed so far. I just switched over to Kin after my current provider is trying to raise my FL policy by +$1K. After completing the online quote, I gave them a call and DWAYNE was so friendly and helped me to understand and change the quote where needed. I'm actually saving money for the same coverage and the online shopping experience + phone service so far is the best I've ever received. I'm very confident that this is a company that will follow through and deliver when needed.
When I first signed up with Kin.I was looking for a condo insurance company that had positive reviews by people after they submitted a claim. This was that company. All the others in Florida that I found, or disappointing after the fact. I wasn t shopping for the lowest price. I was shopping for the best company. As it turns out I got the lowest price AND the best company. You can get a quote on there website but I believe that you need to get it firmed up with details about your roof construction.
After researching this company I decided to call them for a home quote, since we are getting rid of our other Insurance Co, Richard was AMAZING! I have never had an Insurance agent explain in detail the things he taught me. I appreciate the honesty he brought while explaining policies to me...I am quite happy with the process and look forward to doing many years of business with Kin! Ask for Richard, you will not regret it!!! :)
The mailer from Kin came at just the right time. My insurance broker was being flakey and Kin was easy to use and half the price of my current plan. Highly recommend giving them a shot.
