As "estate researchers", NOT ATTORNEYS, they cold call possible heirs and ultimately charge a fee based on the settled estate. They make no mention of this practice unless you view the website or know to ask the right questions. They obviously scour public data to prey on the bereaved. Total scam.

This is an incredibly unprofessional scam - these people tried to scam an 18 year old out of a 1/4 of their inheritance, then hung up when asked about their business model. YIKES.
