My building main water line was busted and the city turned it off. I had two other companies that gave me estimates before I called New Flow. New Flow's price and work description was the one I liked the best so I called them up. The guys did an awesome job replacing my main line in the span of a day. Great job New Flow!

I am very pleased with the quality of the work Arman did. He was over here for over 4 hours doing some different jobs that needed to be done for the past few years. But I figured if I made a list and had him do everything I would save some money and it would be easier to deal with in that respect.

His craftsmanship is second to none and he did a great job installing and repairing everything on my list... from replacing my sink to repairing the mechanics inside one of the toilets and replacing an outdoor pipe that had rusted.

I had main sewer back up after got home form work and called several plumbers and only New Flow plumbing Van Nuys was available to come the same evening. Sewage overflow was gross and needed to be taken care of. Art came within 60-90 minutes and was quick to get the drain going. Thank God for New Flow Plumbing, very neat and quick service.

These plumbers in Van Nuys are real gentlemen and professionals. I called them Saturday afternoon when my kitchen sink was full of messy water. Arshaq the plumbing tech was at my place within an hour.
He unclog our sink drain and even cleaned my sink nicely after he was done.

Our vacation home had a back up and I was out of town, I was looking for a plumber who could take care of the issue and charge me over the phone, there I found New Flow, they had high ratings so I called them up. They took good care of the problem and everything was all good.

I have used New Flow Plumbing twice now. First time they came out to unclog my bathtub drain.
These plumbers really leave up to their standard. They respond promptly and arrive on time. The plumber cleared the clog quickly.

Second time I called for our leaky pipe tube on top of our water heater. And as expected, Armen came out on time and fixed the leak the same day and we got our hot water back on. Prices were very reasonable both times. New flow plumbing Will be my number one plumbing service option again.

Late Saturday evening I needed a 24hr plumber in Van Nuys because my water tube was leaking inside the ceiling. New Flow answered the phone and came out that evening and took care of it same day. Thanks to you guys my water is back on!

These guys are awesome. I called the owner on a last minute emergency job I needed done with a gas line and they delivered just in time. Great customer service, and detailed in their work. I would strongly recommend. Their billing and price quotes are great. Their invoices are also detailed and email friendly instantly. I used their services today and left me speechless of how professional and quick these guys are.

Called this plumbing company for service after hours. They preferred payment at the time of service so I had to confirm with my landlord he was ok with that. He was not.
I called the plumber back just so he knew I wouldn t need his service tonight. I was being thoughtful as to not leave this guy hanging...
His response great, you called me twice and now google has charged me $46 dollars, 23 for each call and you don t need my service!
I never heard of this before! All I can say is, I will never call this company again.

I would recommend this company for all your septic needs. The two guys that came out to do an inspection were really nice guys. They worked their tail off in the heat and there was no stopping them. The prices were very reasonable and the workers were very informative. Thanks for getting everything squared away.

We had to have an inpsector to check our sewer to verify the line, so I called New Flow for a sewer inspection service. They showed up before city inspector came and did the survey, very happy with the service!

We had a few Uponor brass fittings that needed replaced at my business and so I did some research and contacted the four best plumbers. New Flow Plumbing gave us the lowest bid and so they got the job. I let them in the office and they did the work both quickly, quietly and they cleaned up all of the places they did the work as well. I am so pleased with the work they did and now have a plumbing business I can hire when I need work done.

What a great business! New Flow go above and beyond to make their clients happy. I found them on Yelp and called since I had no other references. I'm glad I did as they we're very helpful, their prices we're good and they unclog my toilet so easily after I had spent a good hour trying by myself (a tissue box had fallen overnight) and he even cleaned the area. Arman is very nice and he takes the time to make sure is clients are totally satisfied.

I called this place and was very impressed with the price and the speed at which they were able to come by and fix our problem. The man who came over was very personable and they gave a free estimate when I called and told them the problem. When he came over he did not try to change his price at all, and even though the kitchen area was very small he was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of service.

Arman and his brother did a great job repairing a plumbing issue that required cracking the concrete and digging 6 feet under to replace a pipe. They were quick, professional and offered a great price. I was really impressed and I would highly recommend New Flow Plumbing.

Never showed up and the office was closed when i called 1 1/2 hours after they were suposed to be there.

I called them main sewer line inspection via camera. When I spoke to Mr Arman, I mentioned that we may need to use twice their service. He said he will give 20% discount for 2nd time. They came and accurately marked the busted main sewer line area. I m a part time handyman myself fixing our properties, we finished replacing the new line within a day, where they quoted 2K for the job. I called 2nd time for sewer line inspection, Arman said they got HUGE job which may take them for week and cant make it within a week. I guess they didn't like because they weren't offered the job. I feel sorry for them they didn't keep up their promise. I called one another company and did inspect the main sewer line for the almost same price.

The owner was punctual, professional, and did a very good changing my kitchen tap very quickly. Highly recommend him.

My experience with new flow plumbing in Van nuys was awesome, I needed some work done at my home and they were quick to come out and find out the problem and solution. I called so many companies and their prices were really steep, I'm a single mother and don't make alot but new flow plumbing was very reasonable and they work with you to give you the best deal possible. My Apartment building is quite old, and have lots of problems (with kitchen,bathroom and bath tub sinks, )It has been a week that my kitchen sink was clogged and I have been looking for solutions, I've tried all home remedy which none of them worked. I called New flow plumbing company on (Memorial Day )and Arman came in a short period of time he observed all around the kitchen area and brought his snake machine and used it, after half and our my sink was clean and water was flowing , unbelievable .Arman brought new flow to my old pipes and even clean them as well. We had an inspection for a property we were going to purchase and it turns out there was some damage to the pipe leading to the city water supply. The inspector recommended Arman and his work and so we had our man quote us to see how much it would cost to fix the problem. Our man is very nice and his pricing is fair and we ended up buying the house and have an arm and do the work and he did a great job.

I had some fixtures that needed replaced - toilet, shower head and a few sinks to name a few. I got three quotes and New Flow Plumbing was the cheapest. Based on their reviews I chose to have them do the work and everything was installed without any problem. They do good work and their prices are more than fair. I will be using them again in the future.

Had gone three days without water in the kitchen, waiting on other plumbers who didn't show up when they said they would.

New Flow came within 1 hour of my first call, completed the job in another half-hour. He quoted me a low enough price I thought, and unless we needed new pipes or something, he said that's the final price, no matter how long he worked.

We are grateful for the promptness and professionalism of Arman who came to our home to investigate the source of water damage from our second story master bathroom to our first story garage ceiling. He expertly assessed the issue, identified the source of the problem and needed remediation steps. We will certainly trust him with any future plumbing needs.
