Kasavan architects

I contacted the architect's office to schedule an appointment, but after reaching out, I never received a follow-up. Since I had not heard back, I called again on June 3,2026 at 11:31 a.m. During that call, I was informed that they would not be taking the job.

I explained that it would have been considerate and professional to notify us rather than leaving us waiting without any communication. The receptionist responded with, "What's your point?" which I found extremely rude and unprofessional.

I then asked to speak with a manager, and she replied that she was the manager. When I asked for her name, she responded, "Why do you need to know my name?" Throughout the conversation, she acted as though she could not hear me and was dismissive of my concerns.

I will never do business with this company. The front desk staff are the face of the organization, and this experience reflected very poorly on the company. The receptionist lacked professionalism, communication skills, and basic customer service. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional training to ensure future customers are treated with respect and courtesy.
