JSA is that rare thing - an actually decent umbrella company! I've had experience with several of the other 'big names' and JSA's fantastic customer service is secind to none. Suspect any negative reviews are down to jealous competitors or simpletons who just don't understand basic tax principles.

If you are considering joining as an umbrella customer, I would advise to find a different company. Every time I need assistance, I get issues, lots of incompetence and things that in a normal company could get sorted out in minutes are being dragged out to days!

In the short time I have used JSA Ltd they have always been very efficient in the delivery of any service I required.
Once timesheets were sent in they were processed quickly and payment sent without delay.
I would definitely recommend JSA Ltd to anyone requiring an Umbrella company service.

Absolutely everything perfect first time, no mista...

Absolutely everything perfect first time, no mistakes, no ambiguities.

Advice over the phone was great, no long queues, the money went into the bank on time, the self service portal is easy to use and navigate.

I can't recommend JSA highly enough. Great service all round.

I have had nothing but trouble since JSA took over NL and I have decided to ditch them. Expensive, unreliable and have over-charged on occasions - your accountant should be protecting you!
