Unfortunately my grandmother is being treated horribly there since covid. Last night nurse came in and opened a can of soup and poured it in a bowl for her. Cold. She said before that the nurses were hurting her and they wouldn't even change the channel on her TV. When she got to live on her own in her apartment things were good. But since she moved into the Advanced Care Facility the care there is horrible.
My mom was in JKV Village Hospice house before her passing. They took amazing care of her. Great staff. Clean and beautiful facility. Highly recommend.
I go here to visit family and for a civic organization. Well kept, good food, great place!
Service was excellent as is the food,enjoy brkfst there & lunch & dinner recommend it.....
Went to stories pub in John Knox village it was very good staff very friendly food was great, very quiet everyone in restaurant seemed happy. Will be back to try the fish and chips
I was a Rehabilitation Aide at John Knox Village before they got their new therapy department through Aegis. I saw first hand the good treatment they provide to their clients in the care center as I was part of that care. When the new therapy department took over, they brought on everyone with a license, but I was unlicensed... John Knox Village decided to offer me a position delivering food in one of their kitchens, and I took it until I found something else. I will tell you, that a place that cares about their workers definitely cares about their clients. So, I highly recommend John Knox Village.
My grandparents lived here, and my mom is here. At some point I would like to move here too. When you become part of the JKV family, they take good care of family.
Went to JKV to look over for possible place for senior member of my family. Sorry but MOST seniors are not wealthy enough to live here. The cost here is for the wealthy only. The cost, not the place.
I brought my mother here for care, unfortunately she passed away under the negligence of a supervisor named Theresa. I will be suing the hell out of this place. DONT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!!
