Idlife corporate

I don't know how to rate their products. The one star is for costumer service. I have tried multiple times to talk to 2 different sites in their company. Platinum IDLife and IDLife Corporate. I didn't get a very good response. (Waiting for 6 days for a response from Platinum and 3 days from the e-mail that Corporate gave me) I didn't ask any hard questions. I just told them I want to try their products. I took the assessment. Was told that I need to take $109.25 of pills each month. I was going to do the IDT weight loss challenge kit. $220.48, and the Bundle Kit, so my wife and I could try most of there products $799.99. That totals $1129.72. A guy wants to spend $1130 with a company and no one wants to call him back? I don't care who's face you put on your product. That's just poor customer service and a poor corporate structure.

They very friendly, and knowledgeable about proper nutrition. They specialize in Individualized Vitimans as well as nutritional products to enhance your life. They have medical professionals on there staff who specialize in a variety of fields. They have an easy 3 step process that anyone can follow.

I love my IDLife, great customized nutrition and Great customer service.

This company does not practice safe & appropriate privacy practices which is incredibly concerning as they collect DNA information. I called into their customer service line as the DNA kit I was gifted had a non-working registration identification number. After a representative answered, she requested my username email and PASSWORD to log into my account. I immediately expressed my discomfort with sharing sensitive information like a password and the response was "well I'm sorry but I'm but that's our process." This is a wildly inappropriate practice. There was no mention of security, how they keep your data safe, or why she was qualified to handle sensitive information like a password. This is unacceptable for a company collecting DNA information. After asking a different representative to delete my account, this was not done. I requested a refund for the family member who purchased it, as I will not use their product after learning of such risky consumer privacy practices, and it was denied due to the "return window" even after I explained this was gifted. Everyone should beware of such a negligent company-- do NOT share your data!!!

this is a great company but its paid spokes people and doesn't separate its self from any other nutrition company. Lifevantage is proven to have the top products in the history of the industry . Patented , Scientifically Validated products ever and NRF1 is coming. Tops people in every company are flocking to this company

This MLM is a SCAM! There are other way to invest in your health then these BS products. Its way over priced and they believe it the greatest and best but its not follow any holistic web site to change your health. Not a money Nazi money pit.
After you cancel they keep charge your card even after a year then you call and you ask why and they don't have a "clear" answer. Nice big smile but real nice and FAKE. Don't Drink The Koolaid, they DO NOT CARE, Only about there profits!

My family and I have been using IDLife for the past 6 months. Not only do we feel great but we have been taken off cholesterol and high blood pressure medications! My teenagers LOVE the energy! My husband swears by the Pre-Workout drink. Highly recommended.

I do not recommend purchasing any supplements from ID Life. Not only does Customer Service not call back when you leave a message, they also do not respond to email inquiries even though they say they will within 24 hours. Returns are only authorized 30 days from the order date NOT the received date. This is a joke! If someone legitimately has an issue with the supplements, customer service could go along way to helping the company's reputation by responding and changing their return date policy.
