I belong to a group that gives handcrafted blankets to various groups. I purchase yarn from Joann's. The coupons and sales prices helps a lot. Different colors, sizes and textures of yarn makes for some beautiful blankets.

The coupons aren't that helpful, as they are only good for non sale items, and nearly everything has a small ongoing sale. Large selection of fabrics. Fat Quarters are too pricey.

The workers are doing a great job under a lot of stress. Onyx greeted us at the door and made sure we got our order straight away and was more pleasant and professional than corporate who turned off their phone line! Thank you to the hard workers like Onyx who are doing their best to make sure that we can make masks! Hope corporate's view of essential workers matches their fiscal appraisal of them.

The girl at three cutting table was more than helpful. Wish I would have gotten her name.

Came here looking for clear plastic ornaments and the lady working there was very helpful... didn't catch her name though but the team members are very helpful.

Great selection of reasonably priced fabrics and notions

I'm one heck of a crafty mama, they literally always have what I need here and the staff are always super helpful. Not to mention you can order online and pick it up right at the counter!

Had them cut several different fabrics for me and they were all crooked.

It's a big store had anything you can think of craft wise.

Store is well kept and staff very friendly and helpful.

Arts and crafts lovers delight. Huge collection of all types of fabric, usually sold in yards of multiples of 2. They run arts classes for quilting, sewing, knitting, food crafting, and painting... Materials available for DIY home decor projects, sewing supplies, and fabric embellishments.

Always has good deals, and helps me keep my sewing skills up to snuff.

I think maybe only 3 guys a day walk in this place. So that means it's great if you need to use a public restroom. It's so damn clean in there. No better place besides your own home.

Like the coupons they send me thru email. Sometimes i find prices a little too high but once i use the coupon the price becomes reasonable. Staff is always nice and helpful. Place always clean and organized.

I will never use this store again, let alone Joann fabrics if I don t have to. The woman operating the door was insanely rude. She made me stand in an empty line in the rain and watched me for a couple seconds before letting me in. I understand store have to adhere to a guide line to stay Open but that was just a sad example of a power trip. I ll go to local small business shops in the area where I m treated like a member of society.

Staff member Jill is very rude! I approached her needing help finding something as this location is not one I frequent, she immediately said to me Ill be with you in one second with her head still down never really acknowledging me! Not even 5 secs later another lady who doesn't share the same ethic background as myself asked a question and she immediately began to answer her questions leaving me standing there still in need. I left the store and will be taking my money elsewhere. I own a couple of businesses and often use the products from Joann's for my baked goods. I will never step foot and spend another dollar here again!

Little pricey unless you hit a sale. Friendly staff.

Nice store. Well stocked and neat. Some typical daily items out of stock but it was a holiday when I visited so I expected that. Staff went above and beyond to help me find the things I was looking for. Would recommend this location. Prices were a little high but with coupons and app you can save a considerable amount off your checkout bill. Nice clean facility. The staff obviously cares about their customers and their store

I always find more than i really need here. Staff is very helpful, including helping me to find a coupon on my cell phone. Now, that is customer service!

I go for the beads and jewelry making supplies. They don't have as many supplies as Catan's or Michael's but they have an interesting selection of beads. If you download their app you can often get discounts--which helps a lot because their bead prices are higher than those other two places. Still it is worth a trip. Good sales too.

They have fa ric. Some is ok and some is plain junk. And when they measure it out, they do not care give you an inch more w/o a price tag. And there are times when the fabric I would like is not in that shop.

I only swing by this place if my lil one is doing a project or something. But, the few times I've been in here, it was pretty good. The staff is friendly and helped me out everytime.

If you love crafting this is your heaven. They have everything you need. You can shop for hours.

This Jo-Ann fabrics has a nice variety. Be sure to take coupons because you can use more than one. You can use one coupon per item.

Smaller Jo-Ann Fabrics. A lot of fabric, yarn and ribbon but a small half aisle of jewelry supplies. Small clearance section. Not a friendly staff.

Employee was not friendly at all. She never once said hi, snatched my item out of my hand, never said bye or thank you. Not my first choice for a craft store, unless I need fabric.

The cashier did not put 1 of my charms in my bag and now I have to drive back and get it

I really enjoy Joann's and came to a class they advertised . Turns out the lady who was supposed to lead the class 'just didn't have time to do it ... ' my 7 year old was super disappointed as we planned for this day for him. Really frustrated. Super disappointed.

Hard to find help. Really disappointed that they left Lakewood. Would go more often, but my only options are Southland or Great Northern. Not easy trips for me.

It is a chain....nobody help a you... Hard to get through checkout. Never enough clerks.
