Staff member Jill is very rude! I approached her needing help finding something as this location is not one I frequent, she immediately said to me Ill be with you in one second with her head still down never really acknowledging me! Not even 5 secs later another lady who doesn't share the same ethic background as myself asked a question and she immediately began to answer her questions leaving me standing there still in need. I left the store and will be taking my money elsewhere. I own a couple of businesses and often use the products from Joann's for my baked goods. I will never step foot and spend another dollar here again!
