Could you please create negative stars for this company :(

I am taking over an account from these guys & I can't begin to tell you the endless pathetic hassle's they have had to endure. I mean just to shut down the account - over 2 months - to archive websites, make domains transferrable & the normal things you do when shutting down an account. They were emailed asking to close the account last year - they were billed for January & still Jasper knows nothing about what is going on - PATHETIC!!! From what I can see they know nothing about modern SEO principals or digital marketing including the ongoing process of off page SEO that contributes greatly to your Ranking. SEO is not a static thing bound by code in the back end of a website - NO - it is a living, breathing thing that requires a synergy of all your platforms working together, from the design level - to the online marketing strategies. Anyway - THEY ARE USELESS - THERE FEES ARE OTHERWORLDLY - especially for what they actually do - NOTHING!!!

I only had to collect an article from my granddaughter but I was very impressed with the building and receptionist. Very polite and efficient.

This company keeps calling on a daily basis. We have declined their offer every time and yet they still keep harassing us. We have asked them to remove us from their calling list to no avail, they just keep calling and get rude with us when we constantly decline. D I S G U S T I N G that people cannot take no for an answer.

Dont ever do business with this company,i had 3 websites done with them for 3 companies plus marketing
When you cancel youre marketing they still bill you on it,and if you then dont pay,they switch youre whole website down,which you already in fully paid for to get developed.

Remove us from your calling list. We have told you on numerous occasions we are not interested. Do not call us ever again!!!

I got helped by Deon, he was so helpful and nice and honestly put my needs for the website first. he is very professional and an absolute pleasure to work with! my website looks amazing and I'm soooo happy! thank you Jasper and thank you DEON!!!!

A big no no no, deliver the product but no follow up's on customer satisfaction and to show the customer how the web site look and work. Don't go through the contract with the customer if they do understand what they signed for. Just want to get the contract signed.

Working with Deon one of your web developers has been an absolute pleasure. He is very professional and knows his stuff. My website is absolutely amazing much more than I expected.

I found the Hiring Manager a bit rude, My wifi connection was not stable at the time of the interview, this is out of my control right and because of that I did not get the job,
Like I was told by the hiring manager every thing went well until then

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with!
Once you've signed a money making contract, the care for you as a client is no longer applicable.
You sign an agreement for a service that they say the can provide and then call you back saying they cannot give you the service just to offer you a worthless alternative and still expect you to pay in full.
