Jackson therapy partners

My recruiter, Michael, was AWFUL. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he was referred to me.
I accepted a position half way across the country, paid for everything out of pocket in order to relocate [license, flight, motel, etc.], I was stuck in quarantine in my hotel room for two weeks, cleared credentialing, began working, then he randomly terminated my contract without warning. On top of that, he refused to pay me for my work, after I was unjustly terminated. I had to call the agency, in order to get some compensation in return.
As a former recruiter for two years, I know that he's inadequate.

I've been working Marissa as a recruiter and she has been great. She was attentive, prompt, always available, and doing whatever was possible make my contracts works. Unfortunately sometimes the sites make it difficult and it does not always work out, however I believe Marissa handled it the best way any one can. Thanks agains.

I ve done one contract with Jackson so far and it went great. I gave only 3 stars is because I referred someone and that person did complete their contract but I haven t received my referral bonus. I have emails with my recruiter discussing the bonus (4/27/2021) and here it is (5/11/2021). Recently the last 3 or 4 emails haven t had a response. I believe she s ghosting me. The number on the website isn t letting me reach anyone it s just disconnecting the line. If anyone could reach out I would greatly appreciate it.

Loved my experience traveling with Jackson Therapy Partners! Gaige Kidd was responsive, dedicated, and a hardworking recruiter who was always available when needed! Highly recommend working with Jackson if you re looking for reliable and FUN recruiters who truly care about you!

I am a travel PTA and began my first assignment with Jackson Therapy Partners in Feb of this year. My recruiter, Jennifer Webster, has been amazing! She is always easy to get in touch with and able to answer any questions I may have. The company also made sure I was able to keep my benefits when I took a couple weeks off between contracts! All in all, I can say that they made my travel experience flow smoothly and I would high recommend them to anyone!

Eliana Armas was my recruiter. She was efficient and responded in record time. My assignment was tricky at times but she navigated me through the rough spots. She s truly one of the heroes out there! Fun fact, when you call her you ll swear it s answering machine that answered but don t be fooled it s her!

I ve been working Karen Sosa and WOW has she been amazing. I started my travel therapy with very specific, not very broad preferences. Karen has been professional, patient, and relentless in finding the right fit for me. Never have I felt she s been trying to push her agenda on me or trying to hard sell me on contracts I don t want. She s willing to listen and work with the wants and dreams I have while getting me competitive pay. While I was waiting for a contract ( remember my parameters were super strict) she d call to let me know she hadn t forgot about me and was still searching for what I wanted ( did I mention she found it?). Even now during my contracts she checks in to see if I need anything without being over bearing. I ve been so impressed with her and this company 10/10 would recommend to anyone searching.

I have been working with Karen Sosa and she is amazing! She is a hard working recruiter whom I am thankful to work with. She is a great listener and doesn't pressure me to apply assignments that don't fit for me. And, she gets the job done. I am still with Jackson because of Karen!

Gaige Kidd is so proficient and goes above and beyond with making sure my needs as a contract therapist are met. If I have any questions while at work or even on the weekends he will give me a response within a reasonable time. During distance learning following spring break Gaige was a strong support. He would call and text to make sure I was transitioning with the new platform in providing services to my students. Gaige is absolutely fabulous and I enjoy having him as my recruiter.

Jackson had been the best company I've worked with for almost 2 years now. I've traveled a total of 5 years and I can't imagine doing contracts with any other company. Lisa had been my recruiter since I began and she is perceptive with knowing when I'm not happy with an assignment and will reassure me about finding something better. I wish I could give more stars!
