Please don't have business with them. It's a scam. The water filter doesn't even work. They supposedly said that it saves 10,000 gallons of water, so when the hurricane hit, I have no water. Super high interest, which makes you pay more to try to to pay off. 5,000 was the initial loan and 3,000 of interest. 9,000 down the drain, I could have gotten a car for that price.

It's not worth the tremendous debt. There are better and less expensive water filtration systems. It's on the edge of being a scam

I purchased water softener and they used this company for their financing. The sales guy lied to me so badly that I literally asked them to repossess the product. Of course they said no. I refused to pay, they sent me to lawyers. After speaking with lawyers they informed me that I was going to be paying towards a payoff with NO INTEREST. ANOTHER LIE!!! I'm now stuck in a loan paying off $7,000 for a piece of equipment that probably would have cost me a couple thousand at Lowe's. NEVER AGAIN!!!! They preyed upon a first time home buyer who wanted what was best for her new home. Sleezy, horrible company!

ISPC is an amazing company. Their entire staff is absolutely fantastic. We have been a dealer using ISPC financing for several years now and we are very happy. The finance programs they offer allow our customers to purchase our product with ease. They offer extremely low payments as well as low interest rates. I would recommend this company very highly to anyone and everyone.

ISPC is a great company that goes above and beyond for our customers. Its unfortunate to see reviews on a company that attempts to help out our customers to the best of their ability. I wanted to write this review because a majority of the more negative reviews on the company are because of miscommunication from the company using the financing and not ISPC. The people at ISPC are hands down some of the most professional and polite people to work with and I am glad to say I work closely with them as a great partner.

Hate this. Rates are too high. Now they are charging service fees for credit card and bank payments. Horrible.

I purchased a water softener for my home. I have documentation stating that the softener was $8,999.
For some reason ispc has reported a 9500 balance maxed out on my credit report. I called customer service with no answer. I will be contacting my attorney if i don't hear back by the end of this week.

Worst possible people you could finance through. Very shady. Customer service sucks. They will give you the run around for EVERY question you ask. Please heed the warnings from these Google reviews. If I could give 0 stars, it wouldn't even do them justice. If you're thinking about signing anything with them DON'T DO IT!!!
