The owners, Matt and Dave, are very interactive with their business. Clean facility, especially in the COVID era. Love the 24/7 access so you can catch a workout when it is a good time for you. Strongly recommend-great place to workout. A lot of friendly members as well.

Awesome place to get your fitness on. Large facility with ample equipment, machines, cardio, weights and area for less common exercises. Locker rooms a bit small, but rarely used. Great sauna and ideal location if your into pushing a lot of weight with various platforms and racks to accomadate. Locally owned and operated, thank you.

It is a great gym and has lots of machines. I can choose to hit every part of my body ..No waiting .Best of all the sauna is a plus ...Takes of my lactic acid no soreness after workout.
