To start off I know you probably don't pay to much attention to reviews please pay attention to this one! FIRST AWESOME is my word for them. I started a new business and wanted to get back in on flipping realestate, boy it has changed in the financing dept. So I tried manny banks telling me all kinds of stuff stringing me along at a 721 credit score mid range and how they could make it happen yes several approved loans with how I had to live their be moving in or could not do the work myself, not what I wanted ran my Credit down slow process etc, next I tried 5 other supposed fast loan companys telling me they could make it work fast and with numbers that never were the same as stated slow played and a lot of difficulty was down to loosing a great deal. Ready to throw in the towel then I saw this company that dealt with wash state said one last try, I had Carolyn Gossit contact me telling me what they could do and in a matter of 3 days max this girl in my book is a super hero that did make it all happen way above and beyond and still always there to help through the process of draws and what ever she can do, if you want a companny and a person that will work for you and with you these guys have integrity and keep there word nothing but best business practices with them. Intrust is one of the best lenders I've ever encountered in Washington. They're very responsive and transparent in communication. Within 24 hours of reaching out to them, I was pre-approved for a loan and it made the home buying purchase so much easier.

I appreciate the simplicity of Intrust's process. They are able to fund quickly and help me keep my projects moving. My only complaints are the term lengths and interest rates. I would like to be able to have longer terms without having to pay extension fees, and of course cheaper interest would nee great, but the speed and flexibility are great. I've done four loans with them to date.
