I appreciate the simplicity of Intrust's process. They are able to fund quickly and help me keep my projects moving. My only complaints are the term lengths and interest rates. I would like to be able to have longer terms without having to pay extension fees, and of course cheaper interest would nee great, but the speed and flexibility are great. I've done four loans with them to date.
