Went there on a low note but left on a high note. They were able to get my truck right n about 4 hrs. Give this place a chance.

Was better before on answer the phone on parts department but I still bring 3 starts.

This place used to be good. Now, this Max Force engine absolutely sucks. I have to bring in a 2012 Pro Star once a month for engine issues. You better make sure to inspect any repairs since the mechanics are lazy and slap it together.

They sold me 4 brend new batteries. And 3 of them or bad. So my truck shot down. I had to change them again pay for towing and labor witch cost me 1775$.... gandonilor. Mudaki ii sukii

Even though I had to wait to get my truck in they took care of my problem. After they finished I didn't have any time on my clock, so they let me stay overnight on there lot. If u have to get work done on your truck try not to come with the trailer because they're a lot in the back was super packed.

Very poor service you stand at the service desk and they just forget about you

Bad service and rude employees. Basically overpriced parts changers. Please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else unless you have no other choice.

I had q bad experience whit the part deparmant i walk in at 3:15pm on saturday then when it was my turn one of the employes was refusing to help me! He was telling me walk out of the store very respectful cuz it was time to close the store! When it was 10min away from 3:30pm wich I refuse I was so piss I argue back and forth until a other emploee step up and gladli took care of me .Bad costumer service and bad managment the lost of my bisness will never buy in this place again .

Terrible, over 10 days for a 10 minute repair, I have permission from the company I am buying an international from to kick up the governor, just went in and asked if they could do it, the said sure but it won't be done until after Christmas (10 days away) . Someone please explain to me why a 10 minute job of simply hooking up a computer to the truck and changing the settings will take 10 days. If you have warranty work stay away also you will lose your truck for 3-4 weeks at a minimum

You double prices on simple things like Relays . You are rude to customers . You think everyone doesn't know the market prices for parts. Stay away from this dealership. They inflate their prices and when asked about it they will tell you that's what it is ,take it or live it. I went to another dealership and bought everything I needed at a fare market value (high quality parts).

At 7 pm put on hold block heater but when I came to pick it up the next day at 8:30am it was gone they told me that it is sold.
I drove 20 mls to this dealer to pick up my item.There is no point in puting anything on hold because they dont care about their clients

Probably Worst service I have experienced at a dealership in the past 7 years. Service desk does not want to do anything , no one is picking up the phone for updates, takes weeks to get estimate sent over, I am not going to get into how long it takes to actually work on a truck...... long story short month later door locks were changed and wire changed to apu, 1 week later the lock to the door falls out, the bill came out to be 1000.

Not Honest,Rip off and Fraud.
They do not know what they are doing.
They charged me $1500.00 for replacing a $25.00 part.
Second time we sent them the bus they forgot to plug the alternator wire to the alternator and told us they the alternator needs to be replaced.Charged us about 5k our vehicle was not even fixed right.They do not have what it takes to deal with people and they do not even return phone calls. Stay away from this establishment.

They are always good folks to deal with at Idealease and Rush Truck Center. Rene is my usual contact. He does a great job.
