Nice and big rooms ,the toilet was not sparkling and seems to be old

The hotel is beautiful and the location is bad and the area is crowded

The service is good and the gates are many and the area is busy

The exterior and interior are great. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the food is sweeter. Prices are high.

Was here on business, stayed 5 nights. Very welcoming hotel and awesome staff. Don't need to wear the Abaya in hotel. Good place to meet clients and have coffee. Reception has loads of comfortable seating area. Room needed some updating and maintenance but very clean.

The customer service and comfort of the place are very good

The bowling alley is old and requires reasonable maintenance of two tracks, but two workers in the weekend
The hotel in general is great after renovation and upgrading, in a walking place, activity and 5 star service

The furniture is old and the suite is very primitive but the service is excellent

The rooms in the old building were in very poorly furnished apartments that smelled bad

Food prices in the restaurant are overrated and exploited
The service in the coffee shop in the lobby makes you feel that you are standing in a cafeteria

Conclusion The best thing about a hotel is its location and name only, and it can be in other matters

The Eid party in this place was wonderful and we thank the party organizers

Its advanced level and respect you with all your things. But the rooms are very very very old.
