Nice people and convenient location but this is not a great hotel. Lobby is updated and nice but our room looked like a Hilton built in 1981 in desperate need of renovation. Soooo the place is nice and overall room is good for a few days visit. Was disappointed though on many little things. 1st staff was great! However, asked for body wash got shampoo. The top bed sheet feels like it was washed in starch, stiff and noisy to sleep with. Asked for another bottom sheet ...

We've stayed here a couple of times before we go on a cruise. Love the area! Places to eat, shop, and drink. Our rooms have always been clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great views too.

Beautiful room, helpful service. Buffet breakfast at Ole was superb; fresh, well prepared food, good service. Sagrario was particularly kind! We were there for Make a Wish gala fundraiser and were particularly impressed.
There is no better hotel in downtown Miami than Intercontinental Miami. Great location, close to Bayside, downtown and great restaurants. Very nice and big rooms.

Stayed here for a weekend. The bartender Victor was fabulous, very polite, friendly and great service. We need more people like him. He made my weekend fun. I will definitely come back just because of him.
