One guy standing on the flat bed lording it I've rthr others shouting at the top of their voices. Then throughout the work they carried out. No license from the council either. Blocked the roads and paths. Making sure the blind corner was even more challenging.

Has dug up the street outside my shop without any warning. Has unduly restricted access. Claims to have put up signs and delivered leaflets - maybe in a parallel world? Refuses to reinstate in what I consider a reasonable time.
Also carrying out very noisy work, including with an angle grinder without taking steps to protect the public from noise.
OK they make money doing this work, but they forget that others are also wanting to go about their daily lives and their business.
I summed it up as selfish.
I have asked Harrow Council to investigate.

This company comes to our neighborhood between 11pm and 3am at least 3x a week and does non-emergency work for their private clients ( a tech firm), breaking our noise ordinance, yelling, pounding metal and making extreme noise and when my wife lets them know we're trying to sleep, they laugh and yell louder. We're about to start calling the police and council for the noise ordinance they'll continually break. Do your non-emergency work before 11pm guys.
