I inadvertently paid an Inform Diagnostics invoice twice, which i didn't discover until I was preparing my tax return in February. I wrote to them immediately, with copies of the bills and cancelled checks. They did not reply. I wrote again in April. It is now June, and I have still had no reply. You can be sure if they billed me and I hadn't paid it in four months, they would be pursuing legal action against me. This behavior is unethical and unprofessional, and I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
I received a notice that this company has had trouble billing my insurance - yet the number they have for me is correct. I have called the number on the letter four times. Each time I was given the option of leaving a message requesting a call back. I did this and have not received a call back so far. Given the other reviews, I doubt I will receive a call back ever. I am going to ask my doctor to use another company.
This place is pretty bad. Terrible service. Not happy with the work I received. The lab needs improvements. Don't trust what they say about the auto embedders. They don't work. You are better off with Quest Diagnostics.

This lab is the WORST!!!! I need a HICFA (Health Insurance Claim Form) to submit to my secondary insurance. They flat refuse to send me it nor will they send it to my doctors office.... Why you ask? Because it is confidential information.... Even thought it is my test and I am the patient. Ridiculous!!! I have never, ever dealt with such idiots!
I was never told that this company would be testing samples of my cancer. I suddenly got a bill 2 1/2 years after my surgery for $100,000 from this company, and they're not done! How can they do $100,000 worth of testing on a tiny frozen sample and justify it. I would NEVER have approved anything so ridiculous! I'm now stuck with a bill for something I never approved or knew about. This is scam at its worst. Attacking people going through cancer treatment. Its horrifying!
