Terrible. High failure rate on email addresses. Generic contact numbers. Money back guarentee is worthless. The only good thing was cancelling. The customer rep did not try to argue. Thanks for that.

The data quality is high when compared to InfoUSA, Hoovers or other list brokers, and you can search for the contacts you want and only pay for the ones you will use. It's a good resource. It's not inexpensive and some of the data is significantly out of date but still useful. We've had a subscription for about 4 years so that says something about the usefulness of the service.
