I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism and negative attitudes, if you mess up, guess what it's your fault! I'm not their biggest client but I've used them a few times, I guess the more I use their company the more I get taken advantage of.

Due to a hang-up in production, my most recent project was delivered to us (the band) late and we had to request a rush order leaving Indiepool to pick up the slack to make physical copies in time for our album release. Our end results were perfect and the Indiepool team catered to our short timeline, a testament to how a rushed order was in no way compromised in it's delivered quality.
You guys rock. Looking forward to working with Indie Pool again!
I had an excellent experience working with Nick Austin. Having it be my first time tackling a project like this I wasn't sure what to expect. Nick made it very easy. Friendly, fast, and informative responses to all my emails and questions. He made sure everything was running properly, and on schedule. He went above and beyond for my project, and made an excellent first impression of the company. Just wanted to say that I love Indiepool! They have always been extremely helpful for me for years, with all 14 (and counting!) of my albums. This was true for every artist rep I ve had with them too. No question was/is too small for those guys and they really go the extra mile to help me get it all done, or answered.
This continues today, they are currently helping me out with reproducing an updated remix of my Patsy Decline More Live at Valhalla (now Double) Album - which I found matches my long lost Patsy Decline video that I have on my YouTube channel. They are going the extra mile and helping me through that process which is a lot of work to bring down the old album with only 12 songs on it, and update it with this new one, which it turns out now has 26 songs on it! They are great and always lay things out step by step you know - This is what you have to do and this how to do it etc. - Very important.
Also what I like about those guy is no question is too small or irrelevant to them. They give honest feedback pretty much right away. This is very helpful for someone like me, because it helps me focus on the music and the production, they do the manufacturing and the Digital distribution etc. Meanwhile I get to learn a lot from them, which I do all the time, so that makes me very happy!
So for me and my three bands - My Big Dik Blak solo albums, my Patsy Decline albums and my The Rash albums, Indiepool have been great. They got all 14 of those albums out, and will continue in the future - Indiepool rules man!!
