Harley made dramatic Improvement for 2018, so dropped by to take a look. staff was friendly, showed me clean service area, etc. A good place which cost money to ride.

Great experience, Anthony in sales was very polite and knowledgeable a very friendly guy. We really enjoyed talking and hanging out with him while the paperwork was being done. Joey did the paperwork and it was fast and simple. Thanks to all at Independence for making us comfortable and making things simple.

A large group of us were traveling from VA to SC when one of the group began having voltage regulator issues. We detoured to Independence HD. It was close to 5pm. They wouldn't look at the bike to confirm voltage regulator. We purchased a one, laid down in the parking lot and installed it ourselves, What happened to dealerships taking care of bikers on the road.

I had my 2005 Sportster Cam Cover replaced (R&R) for the rip off price of $400. this being because they had to pick up my bike, and i was at their disposal. That is not all, I was treated with rudeness and disrespect. I was told a rear brake cylinder kit was installed, and it was not, local repair shop informed me of this. I am retired military, with a fixed income, and cannot believe the treatment i received from their "service" department. Never Again.

Excellent dealership! I always get all my questions answered with no problems.

They were closing when I showed and the salesman were very courteous in explaining the use inventory, while they were bringing in the bikes for storage. I thought that was outstanding. I look forward to making a purchase here. Great job guys.

The most two-faced it employee in Charlotte is Rob the mechanic at Harley Davidson will smile on your face and stab you in the back don't ever think that's your friend. And on the other hand one of the mechanics that is a friend of his can tell you when and when you can't come into the Harley Davidson in Charlotte like he is a toner or a big shop don't ever call here again she I thought I was listening to my mom I guess they're a little angry because I did not let them complete the service on my motorcycle they were overcharging me and added excess labor that was not called for this place is a rip-off and a racist establishment very racist they have never in the past 8 years greeted you with a smile if you were the opposite rays are welcome you into their store what a shame I have to go all the way to Harley and Speedway to get good service. They act like someone was giving me something free from the company when that is not possible I know that I paid for Towing and for what they call a diagnostic test when they absolutely just figured it out they did nothing what's paid in full and still acting like a bunch of butts well racist people you have made your mark.

Daniel was very helpful and made the buying experience of my 2019 XL1200NS painless. The staff was very personable and willing to help during and after the purchase. Working with finance was efficient and pleasant. I appreciate the professionalism I experienced during my purchase and delivery of the bike, and would recommend this dealership to anyone. How much are the safety classes. And what all is included in the price?

Purchased a Street glide from this dealership on Tuesday and come to pick it up on Sunday as I spoke to my sales person about it and was told it would be fully detailed and full of gas. Show up and he does not even speak to us walks past us at least 5 times that I've counted. Finance guy Joey had to deliver the bike to me outside and show me everything about the bike, and I do appreciate what he did for me. Go to get on the highway and the bike is on 1/8th of a tank and not even cleaned. Horrible sales experience and service Marc! I would not even leave 1 start but its the only option allowed. For the amount of money you spend with a company I think its completely unacceptable.

I'd like to thank the folks at Harley Davidson of Charlotte. They recently went very much out of their way ,to solve an issue I had with one of my bikes. I'd like to thank Ken,Steve M. And Steve J. Took a new rider course here. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are approachable and knowledgeable and are determined to sell you a bike lol. You already know if you like Harleys and this is a great dealer.

Nice store. I never have bought a bike there. When I stop by its usually for a new cap. Their caps are kinda pricey but all Harley stuff seems to be whatever store you go to.Easy to get in and out of if you use the side roads instead of main Blvd

This place is great! I bought a 2008 Softail Deluxe there, got a great price on it. They are professional, courteous and seem to care about their customers. All of their departments are professionally run, parts, clothing, sales, service, etc...I would highly recommend!

First let me say that I have never written a review of a company in my life; in fact this is the first one, but I am compelled to do so after seeing a comment about Harley Davidson of Charlotte that does not represent the experience I ve had with them. I am a long time customer of this dealership, in large part due to the extraordinary service I ve received from their Service Department. On one occasion, in particular, my wife and I were on our way to a movie on my Road King one evening after 6:00pm when my bike just stopped on me. I was able to safely get to a parking lot but after several attempts I couldn t get the bike to start. I knew that the Service Department at Harley Davidson of Charlotte was closed, but I took a chance and called in hopes of getting someone anyway. Luckily one of the service personnel was still there and answered the phone. I explained to him my situation, and he told me that he would grab one of the service trucks and come to my location and pick up my bike. Now keep in mind that this was after hours, and they were closed. He could have very easily told me that, and I would have been stuck with calling my AAA and having the bike towed. Instead, he took it upon himself to come to my recue on his on time and in addition, not charge me for the tow. The next day when I went to the dealership to check on my bike, they already had it on the rack and had identified the problem. I was so impressed with this service, I decided I would not let them fix my bike, instead I would trade it in on a new one; and so I did. This Service Department was instrumental in generating a new bike sale through their outstanding customer service and personal relationship efforts. I can tell you that my story is not a unique one for this Service Department. In talking with other customers, they have expressed the same sentiments as mind. Harley Davidson of Charlotte Service Department is the only place that I will ever get my bike serviced.

I purchased my first new Harley from this dealership and Anthony in sales was very courteous and down to earth during the whole process. I was able to test ride the bike I was interested in and never pressured to make any purchase. Every other associate in the store was very polite and helpful as well. I even spoke with the general manager Chris and the owner of the dealership at one point. 10/10 recommend this dealership for purchasing your motorcycle.

Didn't buy a bike or anything but I got excellent customer service from the service team. My bike actually ran out of gas and after walking a mile and some change I stopped in to see if they at least had a gas can so I could walk the other 2 miles to the gas station. These guys didn't have a gas can, but where kind enough to give me enough gas to make it to the nearest station. As a sport bike rider and a new one at that, that speaks volumes on a personal level. When I do get my first cruiser I'll be shopping here for sure. Thanks guys!

Went to the Harley place today and was planning to buy two bikes for me and my wife. However while in the showroom not one sales person asked if we needed help. We even walked around waiting and nothing even saw the one salesman sitting watching the game after he was done with a sale. Sad thats all im gonna say. Piss poor.

I was stranded come in from Florida to Pennsylvania with a flat tire on my Harley Street glide. It was a Friday night I got it towed to the Harley shop Saturday morning they took me right and got me fixed up and back on the road. They are great, friendly, professional, well priced, and didn t try and rip me off and really wanted to help. Thank you all!!!

Doesn t get any better than this !!

Riding down the interstate at 76 mph and my windshield starts drifting down on the left. Next exit and I am missing a bolt on fork mount. NOT GOOD. Have another thousand miles before I am home.

Find this Harley dealer and they agree to take a look. First my bike is not a Harley. Second, they do not have miscellaneous Memphis Shades parts in stock. Nonetheless, the Service Manager does indeed take a look and goes to find parts. Not official Memphis Shades but standard nuts and bolts. Several tries and gets the right mix of bolts and washers. Fixes BOTH on left side. Absolutely excellent. How much $$$. Oh, nothing, just helping a fellow biker. Ride Safe.
